I cut out the dragons and made the background myself. Then I added the words and then made all the extra lightning on then and on the top dragon...hate lightning now.

I said it was free, so it's ok. And what you're asking for is simple, non-moving images. Text is a bit long, but I can do it if I use the right font.

You see, if the person wants moving images, then I have to make the background image in Paint Shop Pro, then add the moving images on Blingee.com and then have my friend remove the Blingee logo with Photoshop...a lot more work.
