When I started I decided I was gonna be a "rogue" and that people with "lineaged" dragons I was gonna RP my dragon Keeper Natayah as someone who thought people who only collected lineage dragons were "snobby" and probably with "weaker blood lines and inferior whatevers" because they didn't have all the diversity from various dragons and get "messy" only lines. Obviously I changed my mind quickly enough as I am now patterned lineage obsessed. I got rid of my old messy dragons and got new ones via a ton of awesome gifting threads that happily prefer to gift you nice lineaged dragons. You don't have to release all your old loved dragons, but if you feel you've "destroyed" certain ones and don't want to rebreed them anymore, you can vs killing them off (often kinder to people who have offspring but it's your choice). Not to go off topic here (because its about wanting to breed and have others find nice lineaged and/or patterned things in the AP), but there are also a lot of people who love to breed nice stuff to the AP to find, and if you want to become one of those people, there are lots of references and support. If you don't already know where those are, you can PM me or easily find those references. Please don't feel you "ruined" anything. You've just changed your game play choices a bit and there is nothing wrong with that. And I'm sure you have plenty of great stuff to breed, and if you don't feel you do, there will be plenty of stuff you will be breeding in the future, so don't ever feel bad! I don't think I have the heart to release any of my dragons, i've had them since I was literally a child and they all come with certain memories. I was 10 when I got Morton and the fact that I was even able to name him Morton (since names like that are already taken and pretty much impossible to get) makes me very attached to him lol. Same goes for the rest. I love my big ol' incest Tinsel and Nebula dragons, even if they have the worst lineages now. I just kind of feel bad, because I got plenty lucky with getting a lot of great lineages that people worked hard on and then it went into the hands of an 11 year old who collected Webkinz and thought it was cool to wear overalls back then Thank you for the info btw, I appreciate it! I saw 4 Golds, several different Xenos, Silvers, and one Blusang. I think this might have been down to simultaneous massbreeds by Terces and Herk. I'm not sure if I've ever caught a non-messy metal on the AP before, but this once, it was almost impossible to miss them all. So, thanks, herk and Terces, not only for these beauties, but also for all those others you've abandoned and which probably ended up on the scrolls of amazed players who, like me, can't believe their luck. You're both very welcome! I did a massbreed of all my Metal checkers a little over a week ago and I'm so happy to see some of them in this thread.
