Posted May 10, 2012 Picked up this which means, fingers crossed, I can do this! I'm in love. Thank you to whoever dropped that beauty! Share this post Link to post
Posted May 11, 2012 (edited) Found this gorgeous little thing Normally I don't go for Tinsel-kin, but it's so beautiful (I love Sunsongs!) and it's the closest I have come to having an Apollo Tin, lol. edit: Just caught this pretty little Tinsel-kin too. To keep or gift...to keep or gift...*ponders* Decided to re-abandon for someone else to enjoy and love. Edited May 11, 2012 by CDM Share this post Link to post
Posted May 11, 2012 *eyes CDM curiously* Hmmmmmmm. ~ For the first time in my life, I've picked up a tinsel in the AP and what a wonderful tinsel it is! A perfect 8th generation EG Still surprised I got it - I was replying to a text message after loading the AP, glanced up and slowly clicked the tinsel and to my disbelief, the get code page appeared. xP It's @ 4D21h too. x) And has 'D8' in the code, hehe. Smiley fan. Think it's my first 8G EG dragon too. o: Share this post Link to post
Posted May 11, 2012 My niece caught this lovely egg tonight. If the influence takes, she's hoping to breed a lineage like this. Share this post Link to post

Posted May 11, 2012 I got this adorable Tinselfailkin~ http://dragcave.net/lineage/2Of9m That's not a tinselkin, that's a straight out tinsel I found this deepwater: http://dragcave.net/lineage/CBHJI (thank you Goslander for dropping!) I love how it's not a standard checker but the whole thing comes together so well Share this post Link to post
Posted May 11, 2012 ^Really? I thought those were called Tinselfails. *mefail* And ooh, shiny... I like the colours on that deep sea. :> Share this post Link to post
Posted May 11, 2012 Tinselkin/tinselfail is what you get when egg turns out not to be a tinsel This was my first I picked up from the AP > http://dragcave.net/lineage/HIOpI Now I'm hooked and have over three dozen. Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 Speaking of tinselkins, look at this lovely I just picked up! All I can say is wow. Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 This one is pretty nice to look at: http://dragcave.net/lineage/Spagf There's better but its good for a freebee anyway Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 Just picked this little Thuwed/ Dorkface Ember eggie. I picked a up a white egg awile ago with a similar lineage Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 I just caught a 2nd gen Purple Ridgewing egg from a Tan Ridgewing x Holly pairing! I'm assuming it was dropped because it was a Purple rather than a Tan like its father, as is usually the case with most Ridgewings I've caught on the AP. Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 AP is where it's at, I dont care what you say, Getting eggs from the cave is way less awesome http://dragcave.net/lineage/Dgoqe http://dragcave.net/lineage/4G0HX Share this post Link to post

Posted May 12, 2012 I've found a few nice lineages lately: This Purple will fit nicely with my Purple/Holiday pairings. And I've grabbed this Magi/Tangar checker, this Pink/Thunder checker and this Terrae/Pink checker recently. I love checker patterns with nice colors! Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 (edited) Don't mind me, just being ridiculously pretty ~ And now comes the challenge of breeding a mate for it. EDIT: Just realized the code looks like 'natsu', a Japanese word for Summer. :3 Edited May 12, 2012 by Lullakai-Shi Share this post Link to post
Posted May 12, 2012 sfts, normally I don't think Magis don't work for a lot of pairings, but that is SO nice!! Congrats! I caught THIS off the AP as an er egg o_o Whoever made this lineage was a troll with the names :x http://dragcave.net/lineage/mpgJP Share this post Link to post

I'm assuming it was dropped because it was a Purple rather than a Tan like its father, as is usually the case with most Ridgewings I've caught on the AP. I've got a female Purple Ridgewing with Tinsels and Tan Ridgewings in the Lineage. She is a beauty, but I think the reason they abandoned it was similar to yours. Either way, I'm glad to have caught her. Edited May 12, 2012 by silverrose1290 Share this post Link to post

Posted May 13, 2012 Speaking of tinselkins, look at this lovely I just picked up! All I can say is wow. very pretty!! http://dragcave.net/lineage/mMURL grab that little girl earlier today she'll be prefect for my Moonstone EG project. her code is wonderful too, especially since her suffix is slated to be blue so her name is goign to end up being '2 Blue Murl Reverie' (i've alreayd reserved the name . but the Blue Murl cracks me up because "Blue Merle" the name of color pattern found in certian dog breeds Share this post Link to post
Posted May 13, 2012 Nice little vine was sitting in the AP, just because it wasn't a gold tinsel. Share this post Link to post
Posted May 13, 2012 I seem to have luck picking up match eggs, that seem to have been bred for each other by the same breeder. My newest example: Egg 1 Egg 2 But get this, the female in Egg 2 was very familiar. So I checked my other dragons and I found her as the paternal grandmother in this lineage! What a coincidence.
