Posted January 19, 2015 Ugh, just got a shiny refusal. Granted, I can't complain. Though I did not win the lottery/raffle, I just had 5 nebs of mixed pairings all alt to the correct colors. /fistpump! So many pretty lineages. I'm tempted to do Radiant Angel x Balloon now. I've been wanting to do a Balloon pairing with something and that looks fun. /sigh at difficult dragons. I assume I can still breed the pair come Christmas though? I am sending nebula vibes for all hatchies to color correctly. I had one that did, this morning, and the hubby did, too. I have two AP eggs I need to color right, I lucked out with 2 nebbies from ice, a lineage I've been painstakingly making some on, LOL. I've been trying for coppers for my copper x hellhorse project and for my PB coppers projects and getting nowhere. Just a lot of "no egg" and "no interest" on the PBs, and hellfire eggs on the copper x hellfire pairs I need for the baseline of that one. Stubborn things. On the other hand, she grew up the other day, so I have both hellhorses for the 2nd gens. The other is from Winya. Now I just need awesome names for the ladies. Share this post Link to post

Posted January 19, 2015 I had some fun today breeding male coppers to holiday females from other biomes to get different colored eggs than the male copper. I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to do some sort of pseudo checker this way in the future. If anyone wants these, shoot me a PM. My Magma/Nebulas shot off a ton of no egg breedings. So I'm assuming the red nebula rush is winding down and magmas may be about to enter a downturn. They were breeding great before the holidays. Although I don't think it was an accidental AP, because in the Great Lineages Found in the AP thread, someone found two other 3G Silvers with the same naming theme. Congrats on the find! Thanks Tecca! I think you are right and it likely wasn't an accidental AP. I did pick up this black (no surprise to find a gold fail) a few minutes before I found the silver, and I never think to look in the Great Lineages Found in AP thread. I did a little checking and discovered they are a raffle winner so I don't want to clutter up their inbox with silly questions. Now "all" I need to do is finding more unrelated 3rd gen Tans. Or a 2nd gen. (Since my only 2nd gen Shadow refuses my only 2nd gen Tan out of holiday season. ) Thank you so much ! Oh, and if anyone already has a 4th gen Shadow from that combination, and could use this egg to breed along, please let me know and I'll gift it on to where it can actually produce offspring right away. This lineage deserves to be spread as far as possible. If you're taking donations, I can breed mine next week and see if they'll be cooperative. I really like the mix of colors but all the same poses. It's fun!
