Posted July 23, 2014 (edited) Finally done with this one, I was able to successfully breed him a mate and I had exactly zero refusals . Lately, I haven't had any luck with Nebulas, so it wasn't really surprising when she coloured red. Somehow predictable but still annoying @irercha: The last lineage must have taken forever... so many Alt Blacks but it is really beautiful. I'm working on one for the Breeding, Gifting, and it's already crossed my mind that the 2 second gens will refuse. That's a male GoN/moonstone lineage. Irercha, that looks so pretty, I have to get working on a mate for the one you sent, so I can have a pretty, too As for Nebulas, I had one and my friend had one both go wrong. But another friend had been successful, so I guess that's something. Mine was a 4th gen gold/green, though, and I really, really hoped it would go green as well That holly lineage is very pretty, great job on building that mate I hope you will breed yourself a holly come Christmas! Speaking of hollies, I am once again taking a shot at the holly contest, there are now 2 gifts that we can build a suitable mate for my friend from. so if anyone breeds dorsals and gets anything that would end up in the AP, I'd love to have them, if you want Someone already has over 800, I think, so I don't know how well I'll do, but it's worth a try. I had planned to breed a mate and send you a sibling. I'm roping my hubby into doing some GoN breeding for me, and it would go quicker if my third had decided to be a boy, or he could just get his third, which he will influence male. I didn't think it mattered what mine gendered, but I do find that I mostly want to do things now where I'd have been better off with a male. Just an FYI, I have a pair of 2nd gens for the gold/green copper lineage unrelated to anything we exchanged and I've been trying for that 3rd gen gold for you, but they are being quite stubborn Because that's what dragons do! alliana1: that checker is wonderful - I didn't think anyone'd get an avatar from a fever! Posted July 27, 2014 (edited) So my dragons have been on a metal kick lately, even doing it when I was trying for fails! I bred this and finally finishing the mirror with the shimmer. Then I got this silver egg when I forgot I already got the gold I needed to give me another mirror with this shimmer. Anyone have a use for the silver? PM me if so Got this egg to bring me up to 4th gen with Red Copper x Silver/Silver tinsel (also got a third gen tinsel from this line) Then I got this 3rd gen gold checker from Male Gold X Female Sunsong when I was trying for a fail! I have two issues: one that I am building a gold x green nebula checker and am short one gold for the base layer - and the other that I have just started a silver x black tea checker - (Male teas) and only get teas from my two female silvers. If anyone else is doing either one, and can help out ... (I also have problems with royal blue x silver checkers, both ways round - but as all these are metallic, I don't want to get GREEDY here...)
