Red x Magma - That's only a 3rd gen, I haven't gotten very far with it.

Shallow x Bluna - Not quite a proper checker, but I tried to keep to the orange x blue theme in the first gen.

I also have my unfinished checkerboard trios project, sort of a combination of different checkers involving trios (and random spitfires so I could keep it even gen). This was started back when trioxtrio wasn't possible.

Weheee.. I've finally finished two of my more stubborn projects!!

 

The first one was a tad bit insane with trying to get Blacks from BBWs but it finally worked out. With some inspiration from Amazon_warrior on the pattern. Now I can present my Vox Populi Soul. That he alted is sort of a bonus. I guess I won't take this any farther though. ^^;

 

I probably love the second one even more. 6th Gen BBWxSunsong with a 5th Gen BBWxSunsong and a 5th Gen SunsongxBBW. I'm very proud of it also the last pair of BBWxSunsong gave me a bit of a headache (not counting the no eggs)

I didn't make much progress with my Royal Blue x Sunsong cause my other projects were all breeding well but I got the first 3rd Gen.

Wow, been quite a while since i posted here..

 

here is what i currently am working on:

 

a PebblexStone checker. i got half of it ready: Lineage link Now to hope the other couple gives me the stone i need. so far i got a pebble and a geode out of the pair, so at least they are compatible.

 

And with some help from a friend for two of the second gen (thanks, Ramica! *hugs*) i am working on this: Link

 

i also have plans to do something with oranges, oceans and Deepseas, but that is only in the planning stage for now.

 

I also am looking for something: a nice mate for this one: Lineage link but i best take that over to the trading topic.

I tried so long to get a Red 2nd gen for this lineage, my dragons made winters all the time. And finally I got an egg from a friend. And see, they gave me a Red 3rd gen right away:

5th gen alternating dorsals this one didn't take near as long as the first due to higher egg limits, cross your fingers they like each other

Ohhh, I'm so excited! Look, look! It's almost done! I hope influence holds, this time Gosh, can't believe they gave me the right eggs, simultaneously, on only the second try!

 

Onto sunrise/sunset project: I managed to get two out of three to actually hatch as sunset " Not sure how this happened, since though the timing was a bit too close for comfort, it still should have worked out. Oh well, using that one hatchi for a pb sunrise then instead (given that it grows up healthy. Sort of been sick since it hatched today )

 

@Niva: that will look very pretty indeed!

 

@TVTD: wow, a yule from yulexrosebud looks nice! I would offer a white partner, but the yulebuck half is quite troublesome "

Maybe find a yulebuck mate from white x yule or pink x yule? If you're lucky, even a silver x yule?

It's not perfect but maybe this would work for a temporary mate. Bit of a joke on the white's name. She was bred at the opening of valentines breeding when the rosebuds were glitched and producing the common mate's egg.

I'm breeding Flamingos and Nebulas so that I can take the the parents of this dragon and build a pretty pink, green, and silver 5th gen lineage. Right now I'm trying to get 2nd gen green Nebs. I only need three in all. Is that too much to ask for?

 

Apparently it is asking for way, way too much.

I test breed a gold metallic as soon as it matures yesterday and they give me a very nice egg.

How I wish I could comp the gold lineage >_< Anyway the female pink is really not it's inteded pair.

This one should've been it's pair, but I think the Holly x Old pink is much nicer..what do you guys think?

Those look great Souly! The Black x BBW is really cool, I'm very proud to have inspired such a pretty. (Would love a sibling at some point if possible... )

I was a bit relieved that they liked each other. With the luck people have been having lately, I was really worried.

 

And I'm thinking about doing something similar with this pink I was gifted, but I can't decide what the mate's breed should be. Was thinking Horse from shadow walker for a nice contrast, however I'm now curious about different breeds. Thoughts?

I wasn't really wanting a matching mate. A mate of a different breed whose color would have a nice contrast. Thank you for the offer though. ^^

Thanks Daydreamer. Hopefully I'll be able to coax more Stripes from the parents and finally finish this lineage. *shakes fist at Stripes* Why is nothing ever easy with you lil beggars, huh?

 

ETA: I also have buckets of CB Shadow Walkers and most CB breeds, let me know if you want anything bred. I think Horsedragons would be a good contrast for the Pinks.
