So I figured I might as well open an art thread, so I can become better at drawing, have something to do, maybe eat some candy, have an awesome time, etc. You know, the usual.

 

Anyways, here's what I do:

I sprite.. anything, really. If you make a request, though, I'd recommend you ask for a dragon if you want something close to good. Well, pretty much everything below is a dragon.

I use GIMP and sometimes Paint.

My dA has a dragon/fox/superhero sketches, and I'll go ahead and give you a link: http://goldenshadowfire.deviantart.com/

My drawings are nowhere near as good as a lot of people's I've seen on here, as I usually don't bother with shading or details (I usually only add that stuff in when spriting). Take a look at them if you'd like.

So, are you interested in requesting?

Keep in mind that sprites generally take me a lot longer than drawings. Also, don't expect color from regular sketches if you don't ask for it. So if you want color, SAY SO. Oh, and picture references are always nice. (;

So I *am* working on the python. I just got a little.. sidetracked. I had an urge to see if I could splice Pokemon. Never done it before, so I figured "hey, why not?". I randomly chose Pokemon and attempted to mash them together (They all look kinda ridiculous):

I could teach you, I am amazing at Pokemon spriting (I am great at scratch sprites too, but I make them pokemon style)

The python is taking a bit, since I'm not a huge fan of snakes, but it will be accomplished at some point here It's just taking a little longer.

 

I would love any pointers at Pokemon splicing I'm doing it just for fun right now, but maybe eventually I'll add it to things that can be requested, if I'm good enough.

 

little lost dragon, I can do that for you! The only thing is that it might take a while, being two dragons, and school starts for me on Monday. If you have patience, I'll definitely make them!
