I'm gathering dragons for my next project, and I was wondering if Greenwings and Tangars are going to be added to the list? The wiki classifies them as uncommon, but they seem pretty easy to get right now, at least easier to get than a Vine or Pale Ridgewing. That's just me though, so I wanted to ask.

I wish I'd thought out the Hellfire a little better, I would've arranged how the 2nd gens paired differently. I'm happy with how it turned out, though.

Lords & Ladies: success with all pairs! (after a bit of shuffling)

 

Barons & Baronesses: success with all but one pair; the last one gave me a refusal, but fortunately I'd already bred a spare baron, so now I get to wait until next week to see if Baroness Tighlia will accept Baron Riliek. Fingers crossed!

 

My first Duke and Duchess pair did not produce an egg, but they didn't refuse either, so I know I just have to keep trying with them. Duchess Tivar is waiting for her mate to be produced by the Barons. I'm so close! eeeee! -excited-

Progress Update

 

I've doing a bit of switching around and paired Lord Erowin with a new lady:

 

Lord Erowin of Commons x Lady Shalamar of Commons

 

She's the new girl in town

 

And the pairing was successful as we now have a lovely Guardian eggie.

 

Lord Paladon and Lady Galadriedien gave me a pretty Water egg, which is now an ungendered hatchling.

 

Now all I have to worry about is one not gendering right.

 

ETA: The Water hatchie is a male! I've influenced the Guardian egg female, so if it is successful, I'll be all set for the next set of breedings.

Yay, I have my Prince now too! Fingers crossed for no influence fails, and that my prince and princess get along.

 

So it's come down to Balloon and Terrae for my project. Can't wait to see who wins!

Okay, so I've got about half the dragons I need for 6 gen project. I miss the show True Blood, and it feels like forever until season 5, so that's going to be my theme for this group. (Note: anyone that watches the show may notice that some of the pairs are dated or not romantic couples from the show. I wanted characters from every season, plus I had to be a little creative for characters that I wasn't sure how to pair them. & if I've misspelled any of the names, please correct me!)

I have 7 mortal pairs, 7 supernatural pairs, and 2 mixed pairs. For the naming scheme, I'm leaving out the title for the CB, and just including "of Commons" (I don't care for the Baron/ess title, and I'm trying to avoid using it, I hope this will be alright). I going to try to use influence as little as possible (after I get my CB, I assigned certain breeds for a reason) and and only use it to even out the pairs. Names will be determined by the gender of the dragon. Females will get the mother's first name and the father's last name, and males will be the opposite. Exceptions to this will be listed below.

First Update!

 

Progress is kind of slow (been snagging reds and pinks along the way), but I've almost finished collecting my lords and ladies. 7/8 males are on my scroll, and 3/8 females. IF I happen to get unlucky and go past 8 males, I suppose I'll try for the 16 of each, but now that I have some pinks, I should get a better balance.

Oh, how pretty! & the Balloon naming scheme was very cool indeed. I like that the first and last breed of dragons from the CB's are the ones that made it to the end. It's almost like an arrow or an outline.
