Posted April 7, 2013 makes me depressed. HAHAHA Besides, I think I don't know any song that makes me sad/want to cry. D: (Other than the one that reminds me of my cat who has died, but I don't think it'd count) Share this post Link to post
Posted April 12, 2013 another Assemblage 23 song.... I am merely the product Of the life that I've lived An amalgam of sorrows And the wisdom they give But the weight has grown heavy And its dragging me down It's so hard not to sink now But I don't want to drown I'm damaged But somehow I've managed This far But I don't know if I can find my way back home I'm damaged But somehow I've managed For now But I don't think I can face this on my own There is beauty in hardship There are poems in grief There are trials we must go through Though they may shake our beliefs But I don't know how I got here Lost in the cynical dusk Set adrift in the worry That I've no one to trust I'm damaged But somehow I've managed This far But I don't know if I can find my way back home I'm damaged But somehow I've managed For now But I don't think I can face this on my own If to suffer is holy I'll take my share of the pain I can swim through this sadness If there's something to gain I can reach for the surface And try to pull myself free But the last thing I want is To drag you down here with me I'm damaged But somehow I've managed This far But I don't know if I can find my way back home I'm damaged But somehow I've managed For now But I don't think I can face this on my own -------- I just happen to love this band for some reason. ;-; Share this post Link to post
Posted April 21, 2013 Has nobody mentioned yet? But I'll guess that the most depressing song I've ever heard is . (If you don't like soundtrack-ish rock music without lyrics, don't bother clicking ) It's even more creepy if you know that the radio transmission at the beginning is the last signal ever received from the Columbia Space Shuttle, minutes before it was lost. Posted May 6, 2013 (edited) Lonely Lullaby by Owl City - for some reason it always reminds me of the ending of Okamiden, which makes it extra sad for me due to my silly fangirling (if you have finished that game you will understand...) But the saddest song of all is Ronan by Taylor Swift. I don't even like Taylor Swift but I heard it once on the radio and I actually cried. Oh, and I looked up the lyrics to Graffiti On The Train by Stereophonics yesterday and 10 seconds later I was like 'WHY!? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME SO MISERABLE STEREOPHONICS?" I never suspected it would be so depressing before I knew the lyrics... EDIT: New saddest song ever - Len's Psychotic Love Song by Len Kagamine *sob* Edited June 1, 2013 by dracopenguin Share this post Link to post
Posted June 10, 2013 Stand Still Look Pretty by The Wreckers (childhood sexual abuse, *tear!*) Winter by Tori Amos .... And like maybe eight other songs of hers. ... isn't all that sad/creepy until you watch the video and *realize*..... .... I think that's all I can think of for now. Share this post Link to post
Posted June 10, 2013 EDIT: New saddest song ever - Len's Psychotic Love Song by Len Kagamine *sob* That scared the crap out of me ._.' Anyways... Dear You ~hope~ A song from Higurashi. Posted June 18, 2013 (edited) One of the saddest songs I know is in Korean. When I watched a lyrics video it made me tear up. It's only sad if you watch the music video. In it, the singer is remembering someone she loved, and lost. His ghost is always near her. That, combined with the song lyrics, hits you right in the feels. Posted September 13, 2013 It's All Coming Back to Me Now, not by Celine Dion or Pandora's Box, but by Meatloaf and Marion Raven. I don't know why I cry when I watch it, so don't tell anybody. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 27, 2013 Eh, they're not really songs.. Rather, instrumentals/OSTs. But here; A bundle of four: Then, and Don't judge me. ._. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 27, 2013 A sad song that dosn't actually make me sad is by Regina Spektor. It's about a mom who's very young and very scared. Songs that do make me sad are this Stereo Hearts cover and , mostly because they remind me about past horses whose leases have run out, and my current horse whose lease ends in a couple of days. I bawled all over my physics homework after listening to that first one. has a similar effect. and Silhouette are very personal and sad to me. Amelia makes me enormously sad, and probably does the same to most Whovians. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 30, 2013 (edited) I know, this a pretty old original song... The Fray - How to Save a Life. Saddest song I've heard to date. Also, is My Chemical Romance - I Don't Love You. It's a personal sad song of mine - reminds me of an old pal but yeah it wasn't 'meant to be'. But yeah, this song is unofficially 'our song'.
