Very sad. And it kinda surprised me after listening to some of the other songs on Rehab's Graffiti the World album.

Are there any sad songs that have an attachment to you? Like something that you can relate to, or you associate with a memory?

Back on topic, 'I Miss You' by Avril Lavinge always makes me sad due to a recent loss. 'Concrete Angel' will always one of my favorites though.

*Lavigne.

Sorry it was

bothering me.

Yellow Butterfly is about a little girl drowning in a river. But it could be interpreted in any other way too.

by Nightwish. Although it only tugs on the heartstrings if I'm already feeling down. Otherwise it's just cool wink.gif

I've got a bunch a listen to when I'm on a downer, but I'm not sure how many of them are actualy sad in their entire lyrical content and how many just hit me that way...

Two songs: Low Man's Lyric by Metallica and Wake Me Up When September Ends by Green Day. WMUWSE only has any meaning to me though because it reminds me of a place I used to go to swim, they used to play it all the time. Low Man's Lyric is just beautiful.

Fine, Fine, Line of Avenue Q.

Stephanie D'Abruzzo really gets across pure emotion and raw power, you can tell how much she means every word she sings.

Too Much by All Time Low. It isn't really that sad, but I had this boyfriend once that broke up with me because he got mad about something I did, and I was really upset and listened to this song on repeat for awhile. Sometimes it still makes me think of sad things. xP

Unrelated to memories:

Sunday Bloody Sunday by Saul Williams. It's a cover, but I have never listened to the original. It is about a really sad, and true event. It happened in Ireland, I believe. It just makes me sad that our world really has things like this happen.

Vanilla Twilight by Owl City. It's not too sad, but before we broke up it was me and my girlfriend's song. It still makes me sad whenever I hear it. ;A;
