Posted July 6, 2011 "Of course there will be. There's evidence of shadowpack in the area." He nodded to Roe, who was helping to drill some omegas, though was also keeping an eye on Ty. Ty was highly unstable at times. He was calm now, steadily meeting the other dog's eyes. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 6, 2011 Skyla sighed and trotted forward to one of the drilling areas. "Oh joy.." she whispered quietly, not wanting to have to fight anyone in the pack, but she will if she has to. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 6, 2011 Name: Hans Age: 6 Breed: Old German Shepherd Dog (YES IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE) Rank: Beta (Shadowpack) Appearance: Hans Gender Male Personality: Narcissistic, sadistic, and a tad bit malicious. Hans loves only one thing, pain. He has few moments when he feels regret and quickly hides them with more pain. He's hot headed and ambitious. It takes nothing to push Hans over the edge but it also takes him no time to reach a state of calmness. His emotions are incredibly unstable, anything can set him off in another direction. He also has a terrible time paying attention and, occasionally, obeying authority. His life means more to him than any others and he isn't afraid to sacrifice others. Mate: N/A Pups: N/A History: Hans never had a terrible life. But, he was never picked up by a family either. He lived off of the streets as soon as his mother left him. He found it easy to play the adorable puppy and get temporarily adopted. That fed him until he was tired of his "owners" at which point he'd leave in anyway possible. Whenever times got hard, he wasn't afraid to sacrifice another dog's life for his own. At which point he did commit cannibalism, but no dog lives who knows this about his past. Introduction Paragraph: A lean form darted lithely through the alley. It stopped suddenly to sniff and growled. It was pleased. It stepped into the light and revealed itself as a large Old German Shepherd Dog. Its coat was surprisingly clean as though it had been groomed recently. It sat back on its haunches and sniffed the air. It was hungry, and there was someone nearby who owed it a special favor. He waited patiently, hoping that his friend would come out without him having to hunt it down. Every favor one owed to him was repaid. Willingly or not. "Come out, come out wherever you are, Snowy. It's time to repay your debt." At his command, a small pure white Husky with a collar on crawled out of the garbage. The Husky's fur was caked with garbage. It had tried to hide from him. "Y-yes, sir, Hans." It whimpered. The dog's tail was tightly tucked between its legs as it walked forward, its belly scraping the ground in its fear from him. "Did you bring me food today?" Hans asked simply. No need to make this anything more than simple business. "N-no but-" Before the dog could say another word, Hans leapt upon it, ripping savagely at its throat. The dog's fearful howl was drowned in its own blood. Hans wasted no time. He ate the dog with relish. Blood seeped deep into the snow white fur of the dog he had helped escape its masters just two days ago. But, that was business. Share this post Link to post

Posted July 6, 2011 Hans licked his lips. He was still full from that fool of a Husky. He walked into the next alley and laid down to lick his paws clean of its blood. Once cleaned, he sniffed the air for signs of another dog. He had left Shadowpack for a while to get more food. Now that he was full and in a good mood, he figured it was time to return. He smiled as he smelt a very familiar scent. It was Frost. He stood up easily and locked his jaw around the loose red collar that was around his neck. As he walked forward to find Frost, he bit through the collar, holding it in his mouth. "I brought you something." Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 "Hey!" Keesha barked. "It was just a tactic! I'm sorry!" she said while running after Minn. She supposed that it would be a forefit from Minn if none of the dogs thought that Keesha had done so first. Perhaaps it would be a draw? The corridor was made out of concrete and on each side lamps flickered with a faint yellow light. "Wait" she said a bit softer. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 Soldier saw Keesha run right past her. "Well okay then." Soldier said. She ran after Keesha, wulf, and Minn. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 Ibiz dragged the final piece if junk into place, finishing his trap. It wouldn't be a maze like last time, instead it was just a ring of junk. There were three entrances, two of which led to primitive bleachers to view the center, which the other door led to. The space was large enough to accomodate four dogs fighting at once, so only of a medium size. Ibiz laughed insanely, and set to looking for participants. There was only one way out the center ring, and Ibiz could block it upon exiting. In this way, he could lead a group of dogs into chasing him, then trap them in the ring. Ibiz leaped down from the area, and soon found a group igneous dogs, three of which were chasing another. "Hey smogbrains!" he called insultingly after them, trying to get their attentions. Posted July 7, 2011 Frost stopped as she heard pawsteps near her. She froze, turning her head. When she saw it was only Hans she sighed in relief. Smiling as he brought a red collar to her, she nodded to him. "Hans, I'm looking for a dog called Ibiz. He's a bit of a master mind, and would be undoubtedly useful. Help me look for him," she said, not unkindly. Hearing the voice of Ibiz, she signaled to Hans, trotting to the other dog's location. "Ibiz! I've been looking for you!" she shouted above the chatter of yelping dogs. "You're needed in Shadowpack." Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 Hans nodded, understanding. He dropped the collar to the ground. He trotted forward, keeping behind Frost. He knew his place. He stood behind her, a menacing presence to any dog who knew who he was. "Frost, why do we need him? Haven't we got enough mouths to keep silent?" He asked under his breath. No one needed to hear him question his leader. He knew he was stepping out of bounds a bit, but he also knew this. He was healthier than Frost and if it came down to a fight, he would win it. Not that he wanted that. He'd never admit it, but he had become rather fond of his leader over the years. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 "Sh-shadowpack you say?" he said, interrupted by his head twitching, not by a stutter. Ibiz didn't really know what that was, but if these people were interested in him, he could lure them to the arena he had painstakingly built. He knew that if he angered a group it would be terrible for him, but this thought didn't male it above his unsatisfied bloodlust and insanity. Until he had tested out the arena, he wouldn't think straight. Ibiz was only capable of basic planning at the moment, and so could only think if simple plans. Like felling then they could speak if they could catch him, he could insult them into attacking him, or just wing it. Plan A would be the catch scenario, as he was very fast. As an Ibizan hound, speed was built into his genes. He didn't know what his father had been, but it was smart. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 As they walked, Snips could tell that Chloe was in pain, even if she was trying to hide it. "If you're hurt, we can stop. It's really no problem," Snips said. He paused a moment to let her catch up. Luli looked Kelley when he spoke to her. "I don't know. When I woke up, he was gone. He's probably just out taking a walk," she replied. Bored, Luli yawned. "So what's on your mind Kel? May I call you Kel?" she asked. Kaden looked up at the night sky. There were clouds starting to form. Luli loves the rain, he thought. Shaking his head, he kept walking, eventually ending up in the park. Since it was night, the park was empty. He walked up a hill in the park and sat staring at the sky. Being a wolfdog, Kaden often felt an urge to howl at the moon, but he kept it in most of the time. Tonight, he was angry and sad, and so he let himself howl. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 Chloe caught up to Snips, shaking her head. "No. I really don't want to stop, I'll be fine." she said, looking around. She saw an old, ripped sheet in a garbage can, and wobbled over. She ripped off a piece of fabric and wrapped it around her paw with her muzzle. She tried stepping on it, and it felt much, much better. She smiled triumphantly. "There we go!" Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 ((I will be gone from the 19th of this month until the 14th of the next. I will let anyone who spends a majority of time around Keesha, play her. (shelbell, or Scott-the-wolf.) Note that I do not want her rank to change, but I would like her to struggle to keep her 'brave dog' cover. You can use the voice, outside pressure, or anything needed to try and encourage her. This will take effect on the 19th, thanks!)) Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 (well, i got my own buisness sorry, i can barely keep up with this rp in the first place )) Minn haddent relized she had crossed the border into unknown land, she stopped. seing Keesha following her, Minn crouched down and covered her face, Omega was going to be where she stayed. she felt horrible for doing such a thing, especially on their first day. Posted July 7, 2011 Frost: "Yes, Shadowpack. You'd blend in there. I've heard you're a bit of a strategist. We're about to start a war. We could use a dog like you. A dog to build a maze in their own city. Help us to defeat Junkpack," she said, her voice cold as usual though there was a spark of excitement in her eye. Wulf: "Minn! Minn!" Wulf barked, trotting over to sit by her. "Are you okay?" he asked, concern in his voice. His eyes were wide, and his tail did not wag. Why had she stopped? She had been so close! He cocked his head, puzzlement now clearly written across his face. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 (edited) Minn looked up at Wulf, "i can't" Minn said in a small voice, she truly couldn't do it, she was the one to help others, not take their rank away from them. Minn looked down at her paws which where now in front of her, Minn liked Wulf's comfort. ((@ kokay, does he have a multiple personality disorder, it shure sounds like it i couldn't help but lol at that especially sence i helped a person with that disorder just yesterday it was quite interesting. this was random... just had to say it though. )) Edited July 7, 2011 by Scott-the-wolf Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 (edited) Soldier bolted towrad's Minn's scent, finally catching up to her. "Minn, are you okay?" Soldier asked out of breath. "I feel really sorry for you." she said. She saw Wulf and Minn, and she felt even worse. 'It's not my falt.' she told herself. 'I know, but they are perfect together!' She thought to herself. Posted July 7, 2011 The wind ruffled Wulf's fur as he looked up to the night sky. The stars seemed to glow brighter, as if sending him some message he could not make head nor tails of. His head turned back to Minn his different-colored eyes studying her. "You know, there must be another way to move up in rank. What if you started taking on the duties without being asked? She'd have to boost your rank then. If you acted like a den guard, stayed up most of the morning, sacrificed your comfort for the pack, you'd have to be promoted. That's how I think it should be, anyway," he said, his voice smooth and almost like mist rolling of lake early in the morning. He lay on the ground, still staring at Minn. Posted July 7, 2011 Kaala ran after minn, folowing the sent trail of the dogs who had went with her. Kaala found her there, she looked down, Kaala was confused when she saw Wulf there. he was a much higher rank than Minn. Minn looked at Wulf, "i don't know, Kaala beeing alpha and all, they say she was raised by wolves. i don't know if thats true but thats wahat they say, and she was former Shadowpack." Posted July 7, 2011 (edited) "Wulf is right, Minn, Perhaps you could spend time with me while i'm on den-Gurad shift, and sooner or later Alpha will see that you deserve a higher rank." Soldier said "Do you know where we are?" Soldier feared they were in Shadowpack territory, but that was improbable. The wind blew threw her pure black fur and she shivered. ((shelbell is being ignored. >.<)) Edited July 7, 2011 by shelbell Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 "We're in some other dog's territory. We passed the scent marks not to long ago. They almost smelled like garbage. Say, what other packs do you border? We may have crossed through two sets of marks, I can't remember," he said, turning to Soldier. He licked his paws, getting a bit of dirt off of them. He was a pet, he had never felt this grimy or dirty in his life. He also had never felt more at home. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 7, 2011 ((@scott: Who? Hans? Nah, he's just... eager to live.)) Hans shook his fur quickly. He didn't like the look of this dog. Ibiz looked like one of the dogs he would kill before it could kill him. The dog's streamlined body suggested something above all else. Speed. That wasn't Hans' strong point. He could no doubt keep up with some of the faster dogs, but not when it came down to dogs bred for speed. He licked his lips nervously, not wanting to think about fighting. Not on a full stomach.
