Posted October 23, 2014 (edited) False. When I wake up, I snap awake and can't go back to sleep for a while, even if I haven't gotten much sleep at all. That doesn't save me from the headaches of it though. I have to wake up at 5:30AM almost every day. The Person Below Me is a 'dog person'.
