Oh right! I forgot that white cheese I'm referring to is Mozarella. I forgot to list parmesan. I like it. I put a lot in my spaghetti. I haven't tried blue cheese but it sounds weird. ohmy.gif Is that rotten cheese?

huh.gif So it's basically rotten, correct? tongue.gif Must try it then but I'm still afraid I might regret it. Also, it's expensive. Not really available to the public. Strange how rotten foods like bagoong (something like the version of caviar) is delicious, of which I'm a bit addicted to.
