Dracoon, I do not believe you are being fair here. How can your character have a pipe in his mouth and manage to get to shore from the middle of the lake in a few seconds?

Oh, I should've said. The pipe is like the average toilet pipe, and he ties it to his back so when he shifts it's still there. The L-shaped part. The longer side is always attached somewhere his mouth can reach so he can draw it. Sorry for the confusion.
