Out of Context!

 

Like... this:

 

It can be a blurred picture, a fail focus, anything. Sorry for the boring theme And if you were expecting a winter theme. ^^;

Have fun with this one. ^^

 

Yus, the normal stuff:

Rules:

- One entry per person

- No manipulation besides basic photo adjustments (contrast, exposure, cropping, color balance, lighting, etc.)

- No text or framing in the photo. A signature/watermark is just fine, but it's preferable if you don't have "O Hai Eye Hav3 T3XT" (or something similar) present in the photo.

- When voting, please don't select your own image. This will ensure fairness.

- You are free to submit an old photo, you don't need to take a new one just for this competition.

It was a result of getting a little too eager on New Year's Eve in 2008, and not checking my settings before taking the first shot =P

That reminds me of a picture I took before...

It is an epic fail picture of lights when I was in the car, zooming past.

I'm happy that it's a theme I already have a picture to. (: My camera don't feel all too good right now, at least the lens I had on it, the camera itself survived, so I can't get a new photo for at least one week or so.

Usually I delete such pictures right away.

This is my entry:

 

I was taking pics of birds on my balcony and in this one, the focus isn't on the bird.

Kept it because I just loved the pose of the bird:

Allthough I failed completely, it is one of the better shots I took that day

Funny story:

So I was at camp with a digital camera, and during lunch, the two boys at my table said that they could make my camera flash without taking a picture. They told me to wind it up and then whack it against the table a few times, and I did, and it flashed. When I got the photos(it was a disposable camera), the last picture, instead of the one I took later, was this. It took me a while to figure out what it was, but then I realized there were my fingers at the bottom, the glass I drank out of in the center, and the barely visible faces of those two guys. at first, I was pretty mad, but now I look back at it and laugh!
