Makes sense to me, but who is Gretsen?

Gretsen is a GoN character I made for the sub plot that was voted into Evil Crusher keeping her powers, she's regaining her's but its very slow going. She's very old and little spiteful since losing her powers but she's here and there.

No need to read all 200+ pages lol we don't expect anyone to read it all, over all, all that's important is the group is returning from a quest. Now if you want to be a newly hatched character yes you can be, fill out a character sheet (located at page one of this thread) we'll look it over, ask a few questions possibly, and if everything checks out, you'll be approved and then you may start RP'ing in the main thread.

Are the Legendary trio dragons allowed?

Since there is a GoN

The GoN in this RP was only allowed because she was suppost to be a plot character, otherwise she has nothing to do with the RP to avoid having over powered characters running around. If you do want one of the trio breeds I suppose you can however, with great power must have a great weakness/set back to balance them out. Again the GoN was strickly a plot driving character, she won't be around most of the time unless directly involved. Which.... is like 5% of the time lol.

 

So yeah, if you want your char to be able to be really strong in one aspect, there must be something equally bad to balance it out. Even Evil crusher has his weakness (though I admit, few ever get it right.)

I hate writing fight scenes that involve physical combat so I try think up characters who prefer using magic or help some other way. Speaking of which, is there any idea what the dragons are looking for to defeat Evil Crusher? Like a crystal or something? Edited December 18, 2013 by Booo

Don't think we decided on that yet, protective crystal that nulls all magical ability in its zone of effect since that's where the main power of Evil Crusher is? Say its set back however is the users own powers are nulled as well.

 

Won't stop claw to claw combat, and Evil Crusher did start off as a specialist in that so it will still be a tough fight.

Hello guys. I left without warning last time; my apologies. This time, I'm sticking around for at least a little bit.

Name: Scratch

 

Gender: Male

 

Type/Breed: Albino

 

Power: Scratch has the ability to see through some solid objects, based on their density. For instance, seeing through brush is a lot easier than seeing through stone. The ability of this sight is not hindered through repeated use, but it will also be harder to see through multiple substances. In addition, he cannot see through living things (plants don't really count). Scratch's ability usually takes some concentration to use, so he can't casually see through stone while walking by. The specific target of the powerup (what Scratch wants to see) is perfectly clear, while everything else is blurry.

 

Personality: Scratch has lived a pretty sad life so far, so he isn't usually smiling very often. He usually spends a lot of time alone, but when he is around other dragons he will try to get along with them. He is often a rather aloof individual. He doesn't really like to talk about his past very much, especially about his ability or his various wounds. He believes most other dragons are trouble and does his best to keep out of their way. He can be rather philosophical at times, when the time calls for such a judgement (but that never really occurred in his life, this is more for if he gets in the RP)

 

Appearance: For the most part, Scratch seems to be a normal albino dragon, with the exception that he has spines (same color as body) running down his neck to his tail. His eyes are also rather 'shiny', due to genetic cataracts. He also carries various scars obtained in battle around his chest and flanks, and a slight limp. The limp in question is associated to his left rear leg, although it doesn't usually present a problem unless he is running. In addition, Scratch has always been pretty scrawny.

 

Age/Stage: Hatchling (roughly two years old)

History: Scratch begins his adventure as an egg, like all dragons. He was cared for by a loving family as an egg, until a greedy human stole him away. His family could not find him when they searched for him, since the human had already taken the egg across the seas as valuable contraband. It hatched in his hands when he had arrived and the human tried to kill it, only wanting to sell the egg unhatched. The hatchling dragon fought back and killed the man. The townspeople drove the baby out of their town and it was forced to live in the woods. As a hatchling, the dragon ended up fighting over scraps of food with bears, wolves, other dragons and the like. He acquired his limp when fighting a bear over a freshly killled deer. Sometime afterwards the hatchling met an adult dragon who was (for once!) fairly kind. It taught him about the world he didn't quite understand and helped him come up with his name; Scratch. Scratch ends up in the scenario of this roleplay through his wanderings in the lands, trying to survive.

 

Extra: Scratch's sight is slightly impaired, since both of his eyes have cataracts in them and make it harder to see. As a result, Scratch can't see very well, which is what got him into most of his battles; he would try and identify the threat while the creature had already made up its mind to attack him.
