And stones are not on the common list. However you do "spend" commons when you request rares (so if you have 25 commons, but you've already requested a vampire, you can't request a silver until you've collected 20 more commons). Q: Can I release my commons after I've received my rare? A: Well, you could, but once they're released they won't count towards your total anymore, so if you wanted to request anything after that you'd have to save up however many you released, plus enough to make another request. Question...okay so, the first Q/A says that you spend commons when you request rares. That makes sense, so if I save up 25 and spend 5, I have 20 left. What confuses me is the 2nd Q/A. If I release 5 commons after I "spend" them, why does it matter that I released them? They can't count anymore towards my total anyway (released or not released), right? Releasing your dragons is actually counter-productive to what this thread is trying to accomplish. By saving commons, we are very slowly altering the ratios of dragons (Ex Greens are more likely to be found than Reds), but the ratios depend on the dragons on people's scrolls. So, when we release a common dragon, another will simply take its place. So, the main point is, if we want commons to be less common, don't release them. I hope this helps!
