Stop BSL Lineage

Recommended Posts

*has a Vine Egg,* I couldn't spot any inbreeding, and I also have a (likely) Nocturne egg, though according to the dragon description, very little is known about their behaviors... And if they're frequently mistaken for Gothic statues, then they can be pretty scary looking...

When my Vine egg grows up enough to be named, I would like it to be added. ^^

I own a Black Lab/German Shepard mutt, myself, and seeing German Shepard dogs on that list makes me pretty sad. I know a couple of really nice, quiet Pitties and Boxers, too.

And some mean as <bleep> Chihuahuas. Why they let the little dogs be as mean, loud, and stuff as they often do is beyond me. =/

Hmmm...the only way I allow people to name dragons with bloodlines BSL is if the dragon is only 2nd gen http://dragcave.net/lineage/bOR5 like that

If one parent is already named BSL like this http://dragcave.net/lineage/MCgL

Or if they are second gen and intended to be mates with another BSL dragon like

http://dragcave.net/lineage/WUUM and http://dragcave.net/lineage/rZB0 who's offspring will become the mate of http://dragcave.net/lineage/qpja

I guess if you can find a dragon with a longer lineage and none of the parents are named or grandparents, great grandparents ect they can also be BSL or if they are mates to a CB BSL or a BSL who has the BSL bloodline. This way they have a line that can be traced back to CB dragons which is what makes the lineage a lineage.

False alarm, this was supose to be the introduction of Jazz and Rico's first baby however upon checking the lineage I realized something horible...Jazz is not the mother, I accidentaly picked Roxie Hart and now I have to wait yet another week for that baby I have been waiting for. I guess this is a good lesson in double checking who you are clicking breed on >.< Lesson well learned and Rico >.> cheating on your wify like that...what will Jazz thing of him now? sad.gif

Anyways Rico and Roxie would like to introduce their baby to you. The lineage is still even gen just not the right one...and of course Roxie also has her own mate who I was going to breed to her this week. I guess I have to wait on that one as well. I do have another dragon on my scroll with the same sort of breeding who is not related and I could consider this baby it's mate but I'd rather not unless I really have to. So this is to say I am offering this egg up for adoption if anyone wants it, if not I'll raise it on my scroll.

Roxie and Rico's oops baby.

My poor aunt saved her dog from a ASPCA only to find out he is half cyote, the vet figured it out and said that if it had been known they would have put him to sleep. So she is careful not to tell anyone he has cyote in his bloodlines, now I showed her this information he is a cattle dog mix with the cyote so now like she said her poor dog just made another hit list

hes the sweetest dog loves kids cats and other dogs super smart too its so sad seeing dogs being treated as bad when the owners are the real problem here

I may be new here, but I will send out awareness links to everyone in my circle. Can I join? And are any of my dragons the specific breeds you have in your list? (Total newb in DC.)

Sadly none of you dragons are on the breed list you have a balloon, skywing, horse and whiptail none of these are on our list so sadly if you want take part in this project you need to get some of the breeds from the list, you sould also rename the dragons you have since the BSL name are for the dragons on the list. Here is a link to the dragoncave wiki with a list of dragons you sould be able to see how the eggs looks like http://dragcave.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Types. Also the egg must be CB (means it has no parents or lineage at all) or 2nd gen where the parents have no names like this one here http://dragcave.net/lineage/3fgE (the dragon you see is a hellfire wyvern one of the breeds from our list this one is not used in project since is in another one) hope this clears things up for you.

What vythalax said and if you have trouble catching eggs from the cave you can always ask one of the members if they have any eggs they are giving away. Occasinaly people will say like "I need a (insert dragon egg here) for the BSL lineage if anyone has a pair to breed or "I could use a BSL starter egg."

We also get some eggs looking for new homes as well. I have one myself actualy if you wanted it. It is an ember dragon with Marrow and magma in it's background

It was Rico and Roxie's accident baby.

Now that the Valentines Day madness is over, I have started working on my even/perfect gen project again.

And wouldn't you know, Sorcha and Brixis have given me the wrong breed AGAIN!

If anyone would like to give this pretty 2nd gen BSL Electric egg a new home, just shoot me a PM.

Thank you all for the information. I will try to catch an egg that fits the BSL requirements when my current hatchlings grow up (my scroll's currently locked).

Just to be clear- once you breed two BSL-named dragons, you can still name their kid a BSL-specific name, right?

My Hellfire Wyvern is not CB, but I named him after my GSD nonetheless.

I have a few of the required dragons. May I join please?

BSL is ridiculous. There are not bad dogs, only bad owners.

My GSD will be 12 in April and he is an amazing dog. When my husband and I moved from Atlanta to Houston, it took a long time to find a place that would accept him. Now the management in the leasing office love him, and we go sit up there with them to visit. Good riddance to those support BSL. They missed out on the company of a great dog.

Can you resist this face?

If restricting breeds is such a huge issue, they should screen the person before they purchase or adopt the breed in question. Screen the people who are wanting to breed the dogs. It would be a task at first to regulate, but you have to work hard and fight for what you believe is right. Everyone who wants a breed on the "dangerous breeds" list should not be punished.

Something you guys might want to see: http://www.dogcentral.info/vicious-dog/

So every year, they apparently do a temperament test on certain breeds of dogs. Interestingly enough, most of the dogs on the BSL list are above 80% (which indicates that they have a good temperament). Check it out.

Here's the temperament test site: http://www.atts.org/ Better Link: http://www.atts.org/statistics.html

I would like to join, if possible.

BSL is one of my worst fears as a trainer and lover of big dogs. My husband and I are currently in the process of looking for an American Bulldog as well.

Currently trying to collect Spitfires, awaiting my newest egg to hatch and find out if it genders correctly or not.

I'd like to join please.

I have 5 spitfires I can rename, they are cb, I'd like to use the Lab as my dog.

As I have a big Black Lab. and yes, he's mean. and he taught himself that, he's never been mistreated (I've had him since he was 2 months old). He guards me and will have lunch on anyone who comes into this yard unannounced. I have an 8ft fence with 3 strands of barbed wire at the top, and locked gates. He won't go out, unless I'm out and he see I need help. So far he's never bitten any one, but there are several dents in the fence where he's hit it at a run going after people on the other side, he does like. Even the police stand way away from the fence, as they know he bites. He hates men in hats a lot.

You know not all pit bulls are mean. There are several across the alley from me that are so sweet. When two of them were little, they use to come to my fence and I'd feed them, and now that they are older, they're chained, but when they get lose, they head for my yard. They also will not let any one close to my yard when they get lose.

PS. I didn't see the cocker spaniel on any of the lists, but several years ago I read an article in the Womans Day magazine, that the cocker spaniel is the worst dog to have, they've killed more people that all other dogs put together. You see they will protect their families to the death, theirs or peoples.
