  1. Book Number: 27 Number Of Pages: 321 Book Title: Room Author: Emma Donoghue Rating: 5/5 Review: Not the usual type of book I read, but I joined a book club on another forum and that was the book for this month. It was... fantastic. I am a bit sad that you never find out the mother's name, or Old Nick's name, for that matter, but it's from the point-of-view of a five-year old, so things like that aren't as important. Man... this book... Wow.
  2. That's actually from a kind of cute movie. BANANA! (Yeah, I posted it already... but... the language thing fit!) Posted before the wipe. :3
  3. Man, I gotta stop disappearing like that. It gets hard to keep track of a long list of books. I should just come and post every time I finish one! Anyway... o.o; Book Number: 17 Number Of Pages: 427 Book Title: The Lost Ones (final book of the Veil trilogy) Author: Christopher Golden Rating: 5/5 Review: Wow, I had to wait so long to get my hands on this one! It was worth the wait. I really loved the ending to this trilogy. I wouldn't mind owning them so I could read them again! Book Number: 18 Number Of Pages: 371 Book Title: Liar Author: Justine Larbalestier Rating: 4/5 Review: I had been wanting to read this book after reading Justine's How to Ditch your Fairy. This book was very different from the other book and very confusing. Despite the confusion, I like this book. Book Number: 19 Number Of Pages: 333 Book Title: Walk on the Wild Side (reread) Author: Christine Warren Rating: 3/5 Review: After rereading it, I don't like it as much as I thought I did. o.o; Book Number: 20 Number Of Pages: 186 Book Title: Stargirl (reread) Author: Jerry Spinelli Rating: 4/5 Review: Definitely a good book for children and young adults to read. It makes me sad, though. Book Number: 21 Number Of Pages: Book Title: Love, Stargirl Author: Jerry Spinelli Rating: 5/5 Review: Sequel to Stargirl, written from Stargirl's point of view as the world's longest letter. Basically written in diary form. I actually like this one better than the first, especially the end. ^.^ Book Number: 22 Number Of Pages: 398 Book Title: Good Omens (reread) Author: Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett Rating: 5/5 Review: Love! <3 Book Number: 23 Number Of Pages: 472 Book Title: No Place Like Home Author: Mary Higgins-Clark Rating: 3/5 Review: Was my first book by her and I kinda didn't like it. What really bothered me was that she kept changing from first person to third person from chapter to chapter. Only one character got first person chapters, but it was still annoying. Plus, the ending seemed kind of thrown together. o.o;; I'll have to read some more of her books to get a better idea. Book Number: 24 Number Of Pages: 256 Book Title: Hawksong (The Kiesha'ra: Volume One) Author: Amelia Atwater-Rhodes Rating: 5/5 Review: I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I read one of Atwater's books years ago (one of her first) and liked it, but never read any more. Picked this one up and liked it a lot. It was an easy read, but enjoyable. Now, I have to wait for the library to track down the sequels. Stupid people stealing books from libraries... >.< Book Number: 25 Number Of Pages: 450 Book Title: The Princess Bride Author: William Goldman Rating: 5/5 Review: Why have I not read this book before? It was fantastic. Book Number: 26 Number Of Pages: 460 Book Title: By the Light of the Moon Author: Dean Koontz Rating: 4/5 Review: This book was really weeeeiird... but I liked it.
  4. That one's more sad than funny. T.T
  5. This is still my favorite from Nedroid. :3
  6. Nooo, thread wipe... T.T All for now. T.T
  7. Aw, cute! I like the new skin. Using it now. :3 Thanks TJ!
  8. Omigosh, the female Swallowtail is gorgeous! I really love the pose, too.
  9. I've seen the spriter quoted somewhere as saying the flat-color for the wings was to reduce to file size, since they're transparent. To have extravagant shading and still be transparent, the file size would have been massive.
  10. Pillow, pillow, pillow, pillow! Yay, we can say the name, now. They are so awesome!!! The swallowtails are amazing as well! Very beautiful male sprite. Can't wait to see the female. The transparent wings are fantastic.
  11. Yeah, from my experience, stripe+marrow is better. I got three black stripes out of that, and none from my black+stripe pairings.
  12. No spoilers, guys. D: But they do look fantastic. :3 Can't wait to see 'em, plus the adult two-tails and blackstripes. I know they'll look like all the other stripes, but just... seeing them will be awesome.
  13. Yay, an egg I had already hatched, so I was able to try for some more blackstripes. I got two, one which autoabandoned. And with that, I bid good night. Best of luck to those still hunting!
  14. They've been gone from the completed list for a long time. I remember noticing they were gone and getting excited that they'd drop soon. Sorry for earlier, Z. ^.^;;;
  15. They're still dropping, never fear. Plus, I'm pretty sure they're permanent.
  16. Oho. That's pretty awesome, then. Haven't seen that before. :3
  17. Disease-warning action? Whut?
  18. I think what happens is that people stick them in several hatcheries at a time. Mine don't tend to get sick, 'cause I only use two. Watch, now that I said that, they'll all get sick. D:
  19. Ahaa, sorry for posting the fluffeh's name earlier. I shan't do it again. Now, I really need some more CB stripes. ALL of the stripes I have are descendants of the only CB stripe I have. Plus s'more of these lovely new eggs. <3
  20. Months? Pfft, I've been waiting longer than that. The~Spoiler Removed~ was one of the earlier dragons in the request-land. Yaaay, I got a blackstripe! Someone mentioned getting one from breeding a Marrow with a whitestripe and it worked!
  21. Yeah, I know... but my stripes and blues never want to give me a bluestripe! D: I'm glad I have two pillows, though.
  22. OMG, blackstripe?!! I still haven't gotten a bluestripe! ::foams at the mouth:: I tried breeding but just got a black egg. ::pokes it::
  23. Yeah, I'm very curious about the two-tailed adults. :3 I managed to get two fluffies, although I only got the message for catching one. Plus a two-tailed, which locks me. ^.^ Good luck, fellow hunters! Sleepy-time pour moi.
  24. Ooh, I've been WAITING for the fluffy ones! :3 I loves them so much. Thanks, TJ and artists! Now I just have to catch them.
