  1. French rules, like changing a masculine name to a feminine name by changing the suffix. But often the suffixes are already taken so I have to get creative! It's actually kinda fun, like a puzzle but with prefixes and suffixes!
  2. All my dragons have French names (some with cheating on spelling because the original name was taken ) so my two are Solstice d'Hiver Un and Solstice d'Hiver Deux. ;P

  7. My favorite teas are black, malty, roasty teas that have a full body and hold up well to cream and sugar. Assam is my absolute favorite, but I also enjoy golden monkey. I always have some Assam Melody and Assam Harmony from Adagio Teas on hand. I have tried teas from all over everywhere, and none have beat the richness of the Adagio Assams. Harmony is almost ALWAYS sold out, though, and is relatively expensive, but so worth it. So I buy a smaller amount of it and save it for bitter cold days, or evenings when I need a little more comfort than usual. I also enjoy white teas, especiall
  8. There are 34. Make sure you sleep in the Tavern once you've found the pygmies, seen the pumpkin field, and tried to go on to the next village. Also maybe check through the stalls and shops once you've done those things, see if any new items pop up.
  9. To get the map,I had to find the pygmy dragons, sleep, go out to the pumpkin fields, and then progress to the "next town". Then I went back to the shops and found the unlocked one. The moon... I can't remember where I got that Probably in the field.
  10. This is my first Halloween (or any holiday) with DragCave And I LOVE the trick-or-treats around the site. I only have 5 so far, but hopefully I'll get them all soon~ I also loved Aliset, but I'm wondering - I have all 34 items, and I've done all the parts of the story, but I still don't know what happened to the people. Are you supposed to figure it out? Am I missing something? It still shows the "continue your investigation" link for me, too.
  11. I had a redirect virus for like 5 seconds - it piggybacked on a Windows Update, which I normally don't install but, of course, decided to that one time. I use HijackThis! for manual cleaning and Spybot S&D for auto-cleaning. I also have Malwarebytes for those tough-to-remove stains. Every time I'm hired to a new job, I install S&D on their machine and do a sweep. Most people don't know how to use the internets, let alone keep their machine from being infected by lame and useless viruses.
  12. My desktop changes depending on the season or holiday. I use Rainmeter to create a dynamic desktop - the clock/date is a Rainmeter skin and those little symbols with the text on the right-hand side of the screen is actually a menu leading to my folders/apps.
  13. Some of you have been playing for such a long time. I wish I'd kept with DC, since I joined right after it started. Who knows how many dragons I'd have by now! My husband just started yesterday, so we can add another 20-something to the list, lol.
  14. Fair enough. Duly changed. I guess I'd assumed "adult" was explanation enough, but I suppose I was giving the internet too much credit. I think it's interesting that all the posters were, for all intents and purposes, adults - that is, until the title change. Oh, well. Hopefully that clears things up a bit and we can all get back to enjoying Dragon Cave at any age!
  15. I don't think so. This was specifically asking for people who are adults, not just age in general. Although the ages are all across the board, the distinction between, say, 14 and 20 is an important one. Could you please change the title back?
  16. I'd say so! But you're only as old as you feel. I'm so glad I'm not alone~! And I was more or less an adult at 18, so a handful of days away still counts. Then again, I know people well into their midlife-crises who are not quite adults yet, lol. It's awesome there are people from so many different places. I WISH I was somewhere neat like Germany or Switzerland (or, even better France or Ireland). I'm hanging out in Washington State here in the U.S., enjoying the rain and getting ready for some fireworks.
  17. Evidently the distinction between "adults" and "not adults" is too vague, so allow me to clear it up: Merriam-Webster defines an adult as: : one that is adult; especially : a human being after an age (as 21) specified by law But for our purposes, let's say an adult is someone 18 and over who's not currently in grade school. --- I'm not going to lie, I love Dragon Cave. It's a great little timewaster. But I feel like I'm alone in a sea of 11-year-olds sometimes. So I was wondering, how many adults are there floating around Dragon Cave? I know y'all are out there! I'm
