  1. Well... turns out my Monaco hatchling died. ._. I completely forgot about the site for a while and just came back, only to discover the hatchling is a tombstone. Revival disintegrated it, too. First hatchling that died on me in six years. DX I have a new Nicosia ticket right here if anyone wants to travel. Make an offer on my eggs/hatchlings!
  2. Oh, no - I wasn't at the Olympics, but at the Finlandia Trophy back in October 2013. They even caught me on camera and showed me on TV for a split second.
  3. I'm incredibly happy that Yuzuru Hanyu won the gold medal in men's figure skating. He's really quite something to have done this in his FIRST Olympics. He was one of the youngest male skaters in the whole event (at 19) and he has asthma to top it all off. That boy is ONE hard worker, I tell ya. ...Daisuke Takahashi is actually my favorite skater, but Hanyu really deserved his win. I saw him live at the Finlandia Trophy last year and he was simply spectacular, completely plowed through all opposition (2nd place went to Sergei Voronov). Off-topic, but speaking of that event? I actually managed to give Sergei Voronov and Kento Nakamura roses in person~ >///< I saw Voronov passing through a public hallway and simply took a step towards him and offered him a rose, and he took it, bowed and said "Thank you". With Nakamura, he went to watch the women's skating in the audience and during a break (and after the little girls asking for autographs had gone), I leaned over and handed him his rose... and he said a clear, English "Thank you.". (Japanese people are pretty famous for their "Engrish" so I was pleasantly surprised that Nakamura seemed fluent. ...He's also a really cute guy up close~) ...Anyway, I was also rooting for Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir in ice dancing, and Aliona Savchenko and Robin Szolkowy in pair skating. Cue Tessa and Scott with silver, and Aliona and Robin with bronze. <3 (I also love how an Ukrainian woman and a Polish man represent Germany. ) PS. Now rooting for Finland to win bronze in men's ice hockey. ...2-0 so far and I'm giddy!
  4. Travelling Europe ! Travellers involved: Beldarius, Tempestsea Capitals travelled: Nicosia, Monaco
  5. I have a new Pink ticket to Nicosia, Cyprus~ Make an offer on my eggs/hatchlings!
  6. It's always nice to know an egg got a good home~ ('Breat' is probably a typo of 'treat'.) ...This means "Happy belated Valentine's Day" in Finnish. I'm Finnish myself so this was a nice surprise. (And the message was anonymous so now I'm curious~ )
  7. I have an Aurum dragon Dragon Link: http://dragcave.net/lineage/C3EDF Dragon Name: Princess Lavinia Aurum PS. Once the request lists are updated, I think I can be removed now~ 8D I'll also breed her with Junker and gift their offspring here when they decide to give me one. Btw, am I the only one who thinks Lavinia's code resembles CEDEF? (That's an organization from Katekyo Hitman Reborn.)
  8. I just bred a 3rd gen Aurum from Princess Lavinia Aurum (2nd gen Blusang, first gens belong to Cladus) and Junker Christopher of Pommern (2nd gen Gold, first gens are mine). Lineage: http://dragcave.net/lineage/I6iGT Transfer: Make an offer on my eggs/hatchlings! Just offer me a dummy so I know where it goes (and to prevent someone from killing the egg, we need all the Aurums we can get to 'battle' the Dorkfaces).
  9. I caught my new Valentines based on their codes. WhY4b Zqmry (this was a must for an SRW fangirl... Ze Balmary Empire~!) ...Went ahead and reserved the names of Ingram Plisken, Barshem clone and Barshem series. Them crazy Aerogaters.
  10. Travelling Europe ! Travellers involved: Beldarius, Amazon_warrior Capitals travelled: Nicosia, Helsinki PS. I can breed again on the 19th or 20th. Just thought I'd mention that.
  11. The Nicosia egg hatched. I can take IOUs so if you want to travel, lob me a PM and I'll get you a one-way link~ Make an offer on my eggs/hatchlings!
  12. I've only really done random pairings in the past, and I kind of like Waterhorses with both Sweetlings and Rosebuds. http://dragcave.net/lineage/93MW4 Sweetling x Waterhorse. Doesn't look quite that bad. http://dragcave.net/lineage/7Ffq6 Rosebud x Waterhorse. Makes my eyes hurt. http://dragcave.net/lineage/jd1FT Rosebud x Sunstone. Pretty~ <3 http://dragcave.net/lineage/GkSfN Sweetling x Whiptail. ...Meh. I'll go off and decide my pairings now that I have more CBs.
  13. My Swallowtail appears to be a voyeur with yours, then~ http://dragcave.net/lineage/OhoPJ
  14. Oh god. My scroll has been in another country! http://dragcave.net/lineage/hAIT1
  15. Congrats to all the winners~ 8D Yeah, I didn't win. Didn't expect to get anything, either. I'm usually very lucky... except with raffles.
  16. Well, there are over 60,000 users on THESE forums only, and then there are those users who don't even have forum accounts. I'd say it's pretty safe to say there are at least 10,000 entries.
  17. http://dragcave.net/lineage/dudHe ...She is now called "The Wrong Gender alias A Dud He".
  18. Personally, I would trade the first few 2nd gens for stuff I'm missing (like the Neglected and so on), and after I'm done completing my scroll, will start gifting the next 2nd gens. ;P I'm not getting my hopes up, though. There could be so many people in this raffle that the odds of winning even a HM would be like... 5% or less.
  19. I have the 2nd gen Aurum on my scroll now - fortunately, my CB Gold and CB Blusang decided to be nice today and bred me a 2nd gen Gold. Once the Aurum genders, I'll be influencing the Gold the opposite gender~
  20. I guess I see myself as a heterosexual, but I'm not exactly sure as I've never been in a relationship before (yeah, I'm nearly 26 and never had a boyfriend in my whole life). ...But I'm actually a bit of a special case as sometimes I feel like a gay man stuck in a female body (as in I'm still attracted to guys, but would prefer to be a man myself). These are called girlfags, I think. I've acted like a tomboy all my life - I've only recently gotten interested in clothes and stuff like that, but I still refuse to wear make-up and don't really wear skirts or dresses. I also don't understand women who gossip and/or squeal about their favorite actors, musicians, etc. In contrast, I like watching sports (drifting, ski jumping, tennis), dislike romance books and actually love watching anime series about F-1 racing and drifting. ...Maybe growing up in a neighborhood where most kids were boys made me feel like a man instead of a woman.
  21. My eyes are gray (probably the most common eye color in Finland), but they tend to look greenish or bluish in certain lighting. I also have central heterochromia as my eyes have brownish rings around the pupils.
  22. I've been on DC since 2008 - I was 20 at the time, and now I'm 25 (will be 26 in two months). I had a hiatus for one or two years, but came back in 2013 and happily playing again~

We got our first cat back in 2000 - she lived with us for 11 years until her kidneys failed and we had to put her down. She was nearly 18 years old at the time of her death. We got our second cat half a year later - he's a seal bicolor ragdoll with an askew mask. He's a little weird: hyperactive, picky about his food and doesn't like petting (his back always bends when you touch it) - instead, if you go to pet his back, he simply keels over and demands you rub his belly. He also chases after objects if you throw them, and doesn't stop when he hits walls or doors - he also takes incredible spurts at times (as if he was on a sugar rush) and sometimes does what I call "stalking" (goes into hiding, looks at you as you go by and when you come near enough, he wiggles his butt and takes off at a sprint). Mr. Fluffybutt says hello. We call him Santtu - it's better than the original name his breeder had given him (they called him Syltty... it means "head cheese / brawn" in Finnish). ...This is what he does when he demands his belly rubs. He always keels over with a thud and spread-eagles all over the floor.
  24. Actually, Thanatos and Hypnos are both gods. They're the sons of Nyx, the primordial goddess of night - they were originally concepts, but ancient Greeks deified them. Eris, the goddess of strife, is the same as these two - originally just a word, later a goddess. ...I've been into mythology since I was 8 and actually remember this stuff off the top of my head. Sad, huh? I even know pretty much every myth and god from Norse mythology~ (I've also delved into Greek, Roman, Japanese, Celtic, Egyptian and Finnish mythology. A bit of Mesopotamian and Hindu, too. Recently got into Zoroastrian myths.)
  25. *falls over* I just caught a CB Gold. Now I have a male to go with the female from 2008 (yeah, I only have two CB Golds right now). ...I caught my first CB Silver in 2013, too. Now I'm hunting for another so I can have both genders.
