Posted May 24, 2020 (edited) Oh wow just wow😍 we have been blessed with so many beautiful breeds which such loverly descriptions. the Pygmys are the cutest I just want to hoard them and I want to find all the labradorite’s and hug them and say it’s ok I love you regardless of your uncontrollable power bless them it’s so sad they self isolate I will fine lots and keep them safe haha thank you Tj and thank you spriters For all your hard work this has been an awesome birthday release, definitely needed for us all at the moment. Giger's Alien... the shape of their skulls, their spine protrusions and their spine like tails. Posted May 24, 2020 Oooh, very nice! I love the female Labradorite, the lying down Amalthean (I see and appreciate that Last Unicorn reference!), and both Alucradites (?). Major monster hunter vibes! The others are all very cute as well, though I wish I liked the adult Sopa and the Clouds better, as I love the concept and general design. They’re lovely but something just doesn’t hit home for me. Blah! I love the mental idea of the Clouds all flocking together to make large scary cloud animals, haha. Share this post Link to post

Posted May 24, 2020 I don't normally pick favorites. There are a ton of absolutely beautiful dragons on this site, and this release has added a lot of stunning dragons. However, I'm not going to lie - the Amalthean has completely stolen my heart (though that might have something to do with a life-long fandom of mine....). I love the Amaltheans, Alcedines, Jesters and Labradorites enormously. The latter three really pertain to my interests, *chef's kiss* The Cloudplumes are shaped like a friend. Posted May 24, 2020 (edited) Wow, I'm watching the adults now! I'm so satisfied with all of them, such a nice job! Very nice addition to the cave, new Hibrids, new pigmies, new Wyverns and Eastern. Nice original dragons, I'll rank them by my personal taste as follows: 1 Amalthean Dragons are elegant yet they do appear strong. Their beautiful mane really complements well with the tail. Really lovely! They are Unicorn dragons basically, with one horn and healing abilities, shy and elusive and very selective of who they heal. I like their pose, even if I'm sorry the male sprite has his horn a bit concelead by his body and mane. 2 Clouplume are so fluffly and lovely. Goodjob making them looking so soft without making them "huge" as the pillows. I guess those two breeds of dragon would get along tho XD. The new "wings" are also interesting, they are more like... anthennas? Do they classify as Eastern? Their color is a simple white but hte shades are so impressive, it does look like a cloud. 3 Sapo Dragons are the simplest yet the ones with a most shapely body. I don't know if they classify as Eastern or Sea Serpent, but since they have limbs I guess they are Eastern type? I dunno. I like how their mane changes color, and I like how smooth their body looks . They don't get second place because they don't have dymorphism T_T I would have loved to see different male and female sprites to have different view angles 4 Jesters have the most original description, I like the twist in the end about their venomous skills. Their colors a bit too striking, but they do make a nice elegant dragon and I personally welcome the first Two Head Hybrid! We already had a pigmy hybrid, now we only miss a drake one! I like how the white side has also a white wing and vice-versa. I do prefer the female sprite, but they both are cool. 5 Alcedines are lovely parrots basically, nice vibrant colors, an unique face with that mouth. I really like the color combination that mirrors the one of Hellfires (blue female, red male). The male seems to have a quite different face than the female, but I appreciate his pose shows how their wings are, half plumage, half membrane. 6 Pargulus are very cute. I like the male pose best. The thing I appreciate the most is the fact we have even more colors to build pigmy lineages. 7 Labradorite's description make me feel sorry for them. Poor creatures, they don't want to harm anyone. They are so highly detailed and their body is so twisted that I lose my sight a bit trying to understand the "frills" around their head. They aren't my favourites, even if I like the color palette used and the shape of their tale, because their body is so slim, twisted and wry that I can't focus my attention on it The female pose is the most armonious one, so I like it best. Posted May 24, 2020 I'm sad that the Alcedines' adult description doesn't seem to give any hints about how their coloration works. All of these dragons are big and colorful and beautiful and detailed, though. I think the pygmies are my favorites because of course they're cute pygmies, and I also really like the Cloudplumes because they have the interesting feature of getting more like clouds the more I think about them. I love their lore and seem like such underdogs and enigmas, reminding me of the Falmer in TES when it states they made a critical trade of their sight for prosperity (in this case, knowledge rather than survival, in the case of the Falmer.)
