Recommended Posts

Sorry about that guys I edited some things and reduced the amount of weapons

If she is a problem, I can just play as Ratchet. I really don't mind.

@Pad: Easy there tiger! Before you post you still have to link the image to your sheet and I haven't linked it to the first post. You're not off the hook yet. ;p

Would like to get rid of L and instead put in

Morgan (Fire Emblem: Awakening)

Her class upon entering the RP is Tactician

Carries a Steel Sword

Book of Naga: Light magic. Summons a ball of light that compacts in on itself and explodes.

Forseti: Wind magic. A swirling blast of air. Strong against aerial units.

Bolganone: Fire magic. Strikes the foe with a plume of lava. Also starts some handy campfires.

Rally Spectrum: Boosts all stats of nearby allies temporarily

Armsthrift: Prevents her weapons and magic from breaking

After my first post I made by mistake (sorry btw) I relized something important;

I just don't find role-playing fun anymore.

It's not this thead or anything thats been said, I have just lost the spark I used to have for writing in this format.

Thank all of you for being a such great community all these years, I wish you all well in the future.

Love,

Cody

Sorry to see you go, Pad. I hope you find something else that interests you!

Also hold your ponies, Dor! You forgot to take Sora into account, and I thought we were waiting for Marcus? Thanks!

Oh, I hope you find something else that interests you as much as RPing used to, Padfoot!

Just for future reference, I looked through some sprite height comparison and decided that Sans will be around 4ft, or around 122cm, for this thread if that's okay with y'all.

Aw, bye padfoot! Maybe someday you'll get on an RP kick again.

o: Sans is short! I mean-*cough cough*-he's fun size! Wait no, that's worse, isn't it...

Since we're sharing stuff, Shadow is about 7 ft. 3 in. tall. I'm thinking about adding another OC later on who'll actually be shorter than her, about 6 ft. 5 in., but Mage said to wait in case there's an opportunity to cause some drama later on. tongue.gif Hm, I wonder how big everyone else is...

Holy peas Shadow is tall! That's like a three feet height difference from Sans. Two small skeletons -- one standing on the other's shoulders -- would be the equivalent height of of a Shadow. Throw a cloak over them and no one would notice the difference.

I regret to inform you that Marcus will no longer be participating. I'll be moving on with some updates tonight or tomorrow.

Aw, that's two out. Hm, Gray(I can't remember if he played anyone else) is already in interaction... how would we continue? Should we rewrite our posts? I'm mostly curious because Shadow will feel less threatened if she has only two offenders(only one to her, since she isn't worried about Twilight) to worry about, and Twilight and Morgan are no longer interacting with him, so that changes the plot direction just a bit.

Maybe there is a dimensional shift and Gray is suddenly transported back to his own world, along with Ratchet? That way the two players who dropped out are officially out of the roleplay without it being so sudden, and it makes a bit of sense as to what happened to them.

Well, Ratchet was already being ignored because Padfoot was never actually accepted. So, he wasn't supposed to post but he did. We also don't need to get complicated, just go on as if Gray was never there.

Ratchet is retconed out since he wasn't interacting with anyone, while I'll try my best to play Gray until we reach the end of this little bit. ;p

Ya know, I think this Rp needs a little more...

UNDERTALE.

I'd like to take Gaster, please!

Keep in mind that little is known of gaster, so I'll be rolling off widely accepted headcannons/headcannons I like.

also

really bad dad jokes

Ah, sorry for the late reply, shadow! I don't see why not (since OCs are allowed), but I can't find much information on Gaster so you'll have to hand in a character sheet with your headcanons so everyone's in the know! I'd also suggest talking to the other players with Undertale characters just to make sure they're in the loop as well.

Me too, me too.

Until I make Gaster's sheet, I'd like to take The Judge from Mortis Ghost's OFF. I mean, I'll be keeping them once I make Gaster's sheet (I'm currently discussing what to do with Doctortear), but you know. Something to do until then.

Kitty! I'll add the Judge right up as a reserve when I get the chance later today. You'll just need to fill in a short summary to make him (it?) playable.

Putting this in here so it's easy to access for everyone involved.

Approximate Height Chart. It would be too big with detailed heights, so there are only feet and half feet listed, but at least now we don't have to always ask how tall who is compared to who. tongue.gif I don't know how tall everyone is aside from my own character, Sans, and maybe Malefor, so you guys will have to fill in the blanks.

okay, made and ACTUAL sheet this time, for the both of them. For the Judge, I did a barebones version of the example.

The Judge(OFF)

He primarily uses his claws as a weapon, but employs a multitude of magic-based attacks:

Conniving Aneurysm Special attack of low impact.

Malicious Aneurysm Special attack of mediocre impact

Unknown Sclerosis Special attack inflicting Muteness

Untypical Sclerosis Special attack inflicting Blindness

Purulent Sclerosis Special attack inflicting Poison

This being said all these effect-inducing attacks are temporary.

You know...I think I'm just gonna drop Gaster. He's too difficult to form a good sheet for, and my heart's sort of set on The Judge

I finally decided on a character, yay. Sorry if the name switching gets confusing- I should probably stick to one or the other, but I'm not sure which one to go with.

Canada/Matthew Williams (Hetalia)

Canada is, as his name suggests, the personification of the country. The brother of America, he often finds himself overshadowed and is very shy. He speaks in a soft, quiet voice, and dislikes fighting despite being quite good at it.

Immortal: As a nation, he can't die. He can be killed, but unless the country of Canada (the actual area/people/whatever, as opposed to the personification, Matthew) is severely weakened, he can come back (either by healing the old body or reforming in a new one, depending on the damage). It's also harder to kill him than it would be to kill a human and he is able to heal faster, though he can be injured like anyone else.

Insignificant: While he isn't invisible, it can be hard for others to notice him, recognize him, or remember his name. He can be noticed, especially if he's alone, but in a crowd people who aren't paying attention might miss him. Certain people are immune to this, and are able to recognize him and remember his name without difficulty.

Injure: While he doesn't have any powers that could be used to directly harm others, Canada has army training and is able to use a wide variety weapons quite effectively. Currently, he has a rifle and a survival knife.

Because I am so used to making elaborate character sheets that this is what I came up with.

Name: Sylla the Lone Druid (and his Spirit Bear companion)

Age: Sylla was around a hundred years old when he recieved the Seed from the arch-spirits of nature, and while the centuries have passed, he hasn't aged physically (in total, he is over 1100 years old). His Spirit Bear does not seem to be affected by aging, and has always been an adult, making it about a decade old physically but a hundred years younger than Sylla (since it only existed after he gained the Seed).

Gender: Male (both)

Appearance: Sylla is an old man with white hair and beard, which are both braided into two bear's fangs. He wears the traditional garb of the Bear Clan's lawmakers; a purple tunic with an ornate gold border underneath a silver and teal sash that covers both shoulders, along with a pair of brown pants and fur-trimmed boots. He wears a guard on his right shoulder, along with a gauntlet on his right hand equipped with three sharpened implements resembling claws. His left arm has a fur tied around it. He has a dented silver sickle strapped to his back.

Spirit Bear is a brown-furred bear covered in intricate black fur patterns along its back and sides. Its hair is tied back into tufts behind its head, shoulders, and on its chin. Its ears are pierced with teeth and hide is hung in a loop through them both, on the ends of which hangs a long fang.

Personality: Sylla is wise beyond comprehension, having gained further understanding of the world after the deities of nature blessed him with their power so he could carry out the task they requested of him. He is honorable, just, and diplomatic, only wishing to bring the world to peace. Sometimes, if the request is made properly, Sylla will teach someone the ways of the wild, as he believes in the restorative effect nature can have on even the darkest soul. Given his great age, he often regards the more short-lived individuals to be child-like because of their rash actions, and will poke fun at them about it.

Underneath the veil of determination, Sylla is greatly aggrieved by the total destruction of his people, and is determined to accomplish the task that led to their extinction. He is also unwilling to allow any other tracts of wilderness to be destroyed in such a manner, and will protect the wild with his life. Sylla won't show any mercy to those who destroy nature at the expense of its inhabitants, and is fearless and savage in battle. The Bear Clan also had an extensive warrior tradition, and while he is out of practice, Sylla is still a capable warrior unlike anything the worlds have seen in centuries.

Enduring the centuries in the untouched wilderness of his world and seeing the atrocities of so-called 'civilisations' has led Sylla to oppose them in a general sense. His only interest is the Seed which he is charged to protect, and everything he does is either to protect himself, the Seed, or the wild. By extent, those who protect nature can also count him as an ally.

The Spirit Bear is totally devoted to its druid, and will obey him in all things. Being a bear, it does not have much in the manner of complex social interaction. However, as an extension of Sylla's will, it both shares much of his mentality and acts as a sort of complement to him, with Sylla himself being the more reserved and patient individual, with the bear being more impetuous and daring.

History: Long before the Lone Druid's story began, the forces of the wild had long foreseen the doom of the world. When all societies and their lands were ground to rubble, and the world was impossible to survive in, they would perish along with it. To counter this, they created the Seed, a magical artifact of great might that has the power to restore their world's ability to sustain life. But now, the trouble came in finding a bearer who could be trusted to carry their goal to the end.

The last member of the Bear Clan, Sylla is a guardian and resident of nature. As he was the lawmaker for his clan and thus the most trustworthy, the spirits of nature entrusted him with the Seed. It granted him energy beyond his years, and the ability to use magic with little effort. The other nations, learning of the Seed's power, destroyed the Bear Clan to acquire it. Sylla escaped to the untouched wilderness of his world to await the end of all things. After hundreds of years, he became embroiled in the War of the Ancients to protect the lands he inhabited.

Abilities:

Summon Spirit Bear: Upon receiving the Seed, Sylla gained the ability to summon a mighty Spirit Bear. It is completely in tune with his mind, allowing them to coordinate without any forethought. The Spirit Bear is incredibly resistant, being far stronger than Lone Druid himself; in particular it resists magical assault well. Paradoxically (as it has no hands with opposable thumbs), it is capable of carrying items in a unique bag that contains a hammerspace, allowing it to theoretically wield any weapons, armor, and magical paraphernalia it can carry. (Only one Spirit Bear can exist at once. Spirit Bear cannot attack when it is more than 5 meters away from Lone Druid.)

One: Sylla's unique duality with his Spirit Bear allows him to share injury with his friend, permitting him to split all damage he incurs with his bear to lessen its effect. Given the stellar pain tolerance of the Spirit Bear, this essentially allows Sylla to disregard an injury that doesn't cripple him. It also allows them to share some of their characteristics for a short time, the Spirit Bear becoming more agile, and Sylla gaining some of the resilience of the Spirit Bear.

Return: Spirit Bear can instantly teleport next to Sylla in a puff of blue light, unless it is prevented from casting magic spells or has already teleported to Lone Druid within a few minutes' time. The distance between the two does not change its effectiveness.

Entangling Claws: Spirit Bear can create an aggressive root that will erupt from the ground and immobilize the target. The target will be able to attack and cast spells, so long as they can still move enough to do so. It cannot be cast repeatedly (about 10 seconds between uses) or on more than one target at once. Spirit Bear must be within a 1-meter radius of the target. Entangling Claws cannot be cast when the Spirit Bear cannot attack.

Thus far, this is it. I have several ideas for other abilities he could get later on, including True Form (the power to transform into a humanoid bear for better combat prowess), perhaps a removal on the range restrictions, and maybe some sort of ultimate spell involving the Seed. Thoughts, concerns, comments, criticisms?
