They need many more views to hatch, I'd add them to a fan site. I like AoND. My dragons normally have over 1000v and 400uv when they hatch, you can take a look at my scroll to get an idea of the numbers.

Don't leave it much longer - you aren't accepting aid so no-one else can do it - but they should have hatched by now.

Was there ever a thread made for reporting glitches/errors in the encyclopedia? I swear I remember seeing one a long time ago but a search on the forums found nothing. Or do we just PM TJ directly about them? (Not sure if anyone else has noticed or reported that while all the Xenowyrms are split onto their own entries, they all have their habitat set to "All habitats".)

Nah, you just need one slot per breeding. If you have 6 eggs and breed a clutch of 3 Sweetlings, you'll be fine. Just make sure you pick which one you want to keep fairly quickly, because if you wait too long they all auto abandon.

But, if you breed again without choosing an egg to keep, and held eggs + actual eggs = limit or greater, the next clutch will autoabandon.

I believe around the time xenos were first added to the encyclopedia, people asked about that. Since they're each they're own unique type, that's why they have their own entries. But the fact that they're still a grouped species is probably why habitat is just all.

 

Bug reports belong in help. I have a feeling your observation would go in suggestions, but I'm not sure there's actually anything that can be done about it unless they're put on one page, and I'm not sure that's what the artist prefers.

 

(However, all the above is my assumptions, so if you want to make a thread or PM TJ, that is up to you.)

Could change the displayed biome from "all" to the specific biome for each type.

By that, I meant I am not sure it is actually possible to put separate biomes on their page even though they each have their own entry.

commonly people will say things such as 'i saw a cool coded/lineaged dragon in the ap, cheers to whoever snagged it!' and my question how are these users viewing the lineage/code without grabbing the egg themselves? or are they grabbing them but throwing back into the ap?

Not sure if this will answer your question. But if you mouse over the eggs in the AP or even in the habitats, you will see the code the dragon has in a bubble that comes up.

It comes up in the bottom left of my browser window.

 

And sometimes when I see a cool code and know it got taken, I'll just simply type in http://dragcave.com/view/(CODE) to see who got it or see what lineage it has.

For lineages, just type /lineage/ instead of /view/ or /abandoned/ there.

It happens on all of my browsers. I cleared the cookies. For some strange reason I can access everything just fine from another computer in my house @.@

I believe that in the first case that it changes to pink, and for the second instance it would turn to the alt.

I believe it is as scroll thing, not a dragon thing and it doesn't matter which scroll it hatches on if that makes sense.

Scrolls with Alt Sweetlings are hard-coded to them. If said player trades for a pink sweetling, it will turn black once it reaches their scroll. That scroll can not get pink sweetlings either.

 

If an Alt owner trades away one of their alt hatchlings, it will revert to the pink one once it reaches another scroll that is not coded for the black sweetlings.

 

Edit: Only the members that lost their CB Sweetlings during their initail release have the Alt Sweetlings. They are an "I'm Sorry" gift from TJ, since he could not recover their original sweetlings.

The only people who will ever be able to have Alt Sweetlings on their scroll are the people who have had them from the time of the CB release. There was a glitch that caused eggs that were caught within the first few hours of the drop to be auto abandoned after a certain amount of time. Those users were understandably upset, especially since holiday eggs at that time were much harder to catch than they are now. To make up for it one of the spriters donated what was to have been her Alt and TJ replaced those eggs with ones that hatched into the dark alt.
