As of currently, the male to female ratio is way out of proportion (7:2), and I would really like that to level out a bit before we begin for my own OCD. We should be getting a couple of more females in soon though, so I don't believe we'll be waiting much longer. If I had to guess, we'll probably start sometime tomorrow evening (CST).

Most of the themes have been updated. However, I can't for the life of me find any individual themes for Reshiram and Zekrom, not even in mystery dungeon. Kyurem however has themes to spare. So, I'll keep looking, but please tell me if anyone finds anything.

I thought you ended up getting a pretty good one from the soundtrack, but I'll go back and substitute in the Oracion Bell Tower theme if you like. Maybe Dialga can have the one I picked for you. The Oracion theme is a good one.

((Sorry I've not replied on time. Honestly House of Wolves just released and i got sucked into the newest of it all. I suppose i should help out with the gender ratio.))

 

Name: Kiara Aukior

Age: 18

Legendary: Raikou

Appearance:

Before: Kiara consistently kept her onyx black hair cut short out of her green colored eyes, and regularly did her best to keep it from looking messy. She has the fit, tan, and slender build of a runner since it is her sport of choice.

After: Raikou didn't change much in the sense of her physical build though he did strengthen her leg muscles allowing for longer runs and higher jumps. Kiara's hair and eye color on the other hand was altered greatly, much to her dismay. Only the front half of her once sleek black hair remained forming a kind of plate like shape above her red hued irsis. The other half turned snow white curling over her ears to end in light blue tips. Though the Pokemon did give her a long purple colored extension to the back of her hair she rebelliously cuts it off every time it grows out.

Personality: Though she lacks the personality of a leader, and is perfectly fine with taking orders, her intimidating presence can always be felt in group decisions. Fiercely loyal to the champions of both Raikou's siblings and Ho-oh, she will never turn tail when defending them out of respect for the Thunder Pokemon. Kiara enjoys the feeling of euphoria she gets from being able to run at high speeds. She is never one to turn down a good competition, but on the other hand is not one to keep the game completely clean as it makes things more interesting.

Abilities/Skills:

Taser: Ability to knock normal people and Pokemon unconscious with a touch attack similar to the way static electricity works

Element of Lightning: When it is thunderstorming her Taser ability becomes much more powerful but at the cost of a fair amount of her energy. Her speed is also greatly increased.

Strength of Raikou: She can jump higher and run faster than normal humans, and is able to keep up with even the quickest flying Pokemon

Name: Talia Merek

Age: 16

Legendary: Latias

Appearance:

Before: Talia's blue eyes constantly seemed to be hidden behind her long dirty blonde hair which she tried to keep off her face. She always wore a smile on her younger looking pale face.

After: After Latias chose Talia her long blonde hair turned snow white and stopped at the top of her shoulders. Two tuffs of hair grew just behind her hairline line, the once blue tint of her eyes became golden, and an upside down red triangle appeared on her forehead. Talia's basic clothing though it can be changed at will. ((Sorry for the scroll the image link wouldn't work...))

Personality: Talia was driven by the need to help people almost to a fault some might say. Even before she gained her powers she was good at sensing what people needed, not perfectly but pretty accurate most of the time. She tries to stay away from fighting and will not step in to stop one should it occur.

Healing wish: Heals another completely as well as gives them extra power at the cost of her life. (Only to be used in extremely desperate situations. Say like towards the end of the RP if we get into a bad spot on Hoopa's island))

Other: Talia is made to be more of a scout than a fighter

Pokémon don't speak like humans do. So, I don't think Skypool will allow for teams to speak to their trainers.

However, it is shown throughout the series that trainers who have been with their pokemon long enough, or some people just naturally have the talent to understand the gist of what pokemon are saying. Kind of like Cesar Millan with dogs. You understand the body language, you understand the vocalizations, you understand the pokemon.

 

A lot of Nuzlockes also have headcannons where some trainers can actually understand clearly and speak to their pokemon, like in english.

 

And there's also cases like Meowth where a pokemon learned to replicate human words so that he could communicate with humans. Something like this might be able to be taught with more intelligent type pokemon.

 

In the end, it's all up to Sky though.

I'm pretty sure it's just Meowth and (via telepathy) Legendaries, but Manaphy's champion (Within this RP) could possibly do it.

Yay, I finished my form.

 

Name: Katrina Mason

Age: 17

Legendary: Ho-oh

Appearance: Before: Katrina's dark brown hair is long, reaching down past her shoulders. It's usually kept tied back in various ways- clips, braids, a ponytail- whatever she feels like for the day. Her large eyes are a deep brown, and her olive skin has been tanned from constant exposure to sunlight. She has a slender build, and is a few inches taller than average. Preferring bright colors, she likes to wear sleeveless shirts and shorts.

After: Ho-oh has caused Katrina's hair to change colors, becoming bright and vibrant. On the top of her head, most of it has become red. A lock of hair above her eyes has become golden, mimicking Ho-oh's crest. Starting just above the tops of her ears, orange steaks starts becoming mixed in with the red. Lower than that the hair is yellow, and so on to violet (each strand of hair is just one color, so it looks more like streaks than horizontal stripes, if that makes sense). She's glad about this change, but some might say that her hair is now painfully bright. Her eyes, meanwhile, can't seem to decide on what color they are. Depending on the lighting and angle that they're viewed at, they switch through the colors of the rainbow.

Personality: Katrina is very cheerful, and wishes to bring happiness to people. People whom she likes, anyway. She doesn't like anyone who is mean, rude, untrustworthy, etc., and she often refuses to even talk to them. Why would she waste her time with them, when they'd probably never change? Second chances aren't a thing that she gives out freely. However, she is intensely loyal to those whom she likes, and doesn't jump to conclusions. Once someone earns her trust, it takes a lot to break it. She is also very passionate and determined, and isn't likely to give up on saving her friends.

Abilities/Skills:

Kill it with Fire She can create small amounts of fire. It's not very hot or suited for combat, but can help out in a pinch. With great effort she can create a larger fireball, but it would likely make her faint on the spot.

Heal it with Fire: Katrina has become resistance to damage from fire. High temperatures will still burn her, but the flames of campfires will slowly heal her instead.

Other: She loves sunlight, and thus her pokemon team is based around using intense sunlight.

If Backup, Sammy, and Lightdragon's forms are accepted, that would bring the M:F ratio to 8:6 and I would say (if it were my RP) that would be good enough, as there are usually more male characters anyways. However, it's still up to Skypool.
