Posted August 30, 2013 A few comments on the current point-costs: Unbreedable dragons - 400 points Specific gender/hatchling - +50 points I think that's a bit much for most unbreedables. You usually can't trade a Cheese for a CB Trio, so it should be around the Trio-value or even slightly less. Chickens are worth more, same with Dinos, and Papers are inbetween. But none of them are even close as valuable as a CB Silver, and that's what they are listed for now. I'd recommend ~ 100 points for Cheese, 150 for Paper and maybe 200 for Chicken/Dino; each +50 or less for hatchling. Golden Wyvern - 100 points Non-inbred - +10 points Clean lineage - +15 points Specific gender/hatchling - +50 points Short lineage (<5G) - +50 points Specific lineage - +25 points with Holiday, up to +100 with Common Caveborn - +400 points Yes, GWs are listed as Metallics, but they are by far the most common Metallics around. A bred GW, even 2nd gen purebred, could be as low as 50 points or less. +50 for gender/hatchling. Around +50 for CB. Shimmer dragon - 80 points Non-inbred - +5 points Clean lineage - +10 points Specific gender/hatchling - +15 points Short lineage (5G) - +25 points Specific lineage - +50 points I would actually still raise the price for a clean lined low gen Shimmer a bit. 5th gen should at least be 100 points for bronze, 150 for silver and 200 for gold Shimmer. 4th gen maybe +200; 3rd gen +400; 2nd gen: impossible as of yet. Specific lineage is hard to get (if it's as specific as Filly [specified CB Shimmer] x Stone [specified mate]), maybe say "with common mate". Super Rare dragons - 60 points Non-inbred - +10 points Clean lineage - +20 points Specific gender/hatchling - +20 points Short lineage (<5G) - +50 points Specific lineage - +40 points Caveborn - +100 points If "Super-rare" refers to Blusangs and Coppers, then the CB price has to be raised. They are almost at par with CB Metallics right now for Blusangs, and even more than other CB Metallics for Coppers (as Coppers are also Metallics). So while ~60 for bred is fine, the addition for CB should be around +300 for Blusang and +400 for Copper at the moment. (We don't have a CB Copper donator, afaik.) (If you just replace the "Golden Wyvern" in the current point list with "Copper", then the prices are about right, I think.) Sorry for all the fidgeting about prices, but I really think we need to go alongside the trade-values, or noone will donate the super rare breeds most people come looking for.
