Sorry I've been gone for so long, but for some reason the icon next to this thread said there were no new posts, and I didn't bother to check until today. :-/ Anyway, I've made a change! Now, Even Gen, Short Gen, and Other Gens (for example, what Darth Krande asked for, a specific cross) all are counted under Short Gen. The only exception is with rares, which still have the costs separate. Darth: I counted your requests each as Special Gen, so the cost was actually 4 each. I gave the same amount to Singalana. (Sorry I didn't see them earlier because I started writing before you had posted) Oh, and I'm pretty bad at summarizing too. a. I'm planning to change this to a public-account thread (meaning have a thread account that I give the password to the thread mods) once I decide it's big enough. When I decide "big enough" is, I don't know yet. Maybe after the first wipe? I'm busy right now and don't have too much time. Then the thread mods shall be true thread mods. So far, I only have two, but I'll recruit more soon. b. Freebie requests are a tough issue. The main issue is fairness, and expansion of points. If someone joins, right now they all get the same, but with the requests, not only would their requests all have different values, but the amount of points circulating would almost double! Not that I don't want a big pool, but I don't want someone who's granted only wishes that are free for the wishers to be able to ask for a CB metallic. Yes, wishes are a good thing, but not THAT many all at once, not at the moment anyway. I wouldn't like a five-member organization to have 150 points circulating, and if you expand it to how many members we have now, ack! If we used the other option, 15 points OR a free dragon, that completely defeats the point. I mean, everyone would ask for the points and then just spend them on the dragon! That way, they might have some left over. Overall, that would work even less. c. Checking activity of members I'm thinking about. Having so many, it could get difficult. If there's a gift pending, then I have the gifters keep track, but of everyone? It would be hard to record every single transaction ever (it's hard enough as it is just putting them in the first post quickly!) and exactly who was involved, plus when they did it! But you have a point... d. I think I stated pretty clearly in Rule 3 of the first thread that you aren't allowed to just offer a random egg to whoever wants it. NO HATCHIES, ONLY EGGS - So to make this clear - NO GENDER CHOICE Possible Cannot Get This if you are gifted a Magi as its like getting a BSA. But can understand allowing these as well as ... its a dragon so they can gift back. Posted November 17, 2012 I think the scoring explanation made my head explode but I'd like to join and give it a try as well. Posted November 18, 2012 (edited) I am confused... why does Diannika's request is marked as taken by LightDragon4444? I posted that I had bred her an egg and then sent her a female influenced pink hatchie BEFORE lightdragon4444 bred his/her egg, the same Diannika said she received my hatchie BUT was waiting to see if the influence worked or not and if it does she'll post the form that her wish was granted... EDIT: It has indeed gendered female... Green means taken, and being worked on, blue means open (available for offers), and red means there was an error in the form which needs to be fixed. Panning through pages would be obnoxious.
