Posted April 25, 2012 I was surprised that they were released in the alpine, I was honestly expecting these to be a desert species, but I am happy they are released either way(yes, I recognize these). tbh, i'd rather them be in the Alpine than the Desert *nods* it's even harder hunting in the Desert than the Alpine. i keep hoping for a Coastal new release, as that bio-dome is always a ghost town *nods* it will be interesting to see the coloration and breeding list of this dragon for sure. tbh, if its gonna be hard to breed it out of it's own species, i'd rather not have t go through 500 breeding cycles just to find it a mate and have it be like the Drakes or Two Headed. i already get agrivated enough trying to find mates for my picky Trios, and Shinies *nods* graves - if its a one time release, generally their the only eg availabel at all in the cave (like with holiday releases) given that the drop is only in the Alpine and i've seen some Nebbies adn Blacks and Royal Blues go whisking by during the release i'd say its a permanite addition Share this post Link to post

Posted April 25, 2012 (edited) Yay! New eggs! I've been waitingwaitingwaitingwaiting! Thank you, T.J.! So his eggs are presently at 6 days 13 hours. Does this mean we have to wait a few days for the hatchlings? I'm used to finding out about the new release just in time to see his hatchlings! The anticipation will kill me! Oh good, they hatched! (Does replying to your own post make you mental?) Hmm, these look a little familiar. I may have seen them in the Completed section of the forum, but I can't remember for sure. I love the black/yellow coloring! If these will only breed amongst themselves, maybe there will be color variations like the Stripes. That would be fun! Posted April 25, 2012 Unless TJ has said so elsewhere in the thread, I don't believe he is saying they will definitely only be breedable with their own kind. He just says it's more likely others will refuse them and that they'll have a hard time breeding with other dragons. So I take that to mean they can breed with others, but it's likely to be harder to get them to do so. But I haven't read the entire thread so maybe TJ or the spriter has said something.
