Posted November 5, 2010 (edited) If your dragon's form isn't here please PM it to me. We're currently: CLOSED Rules: 1. Follow the rules or you will get onto one of the bad lists. To get on the yellow list you have to not follow a small rule. To get on the red list you either break a small rule again and again or break a big rule once. 2. Follow dragon cave rules (well duh, again) 3. No god-modding or power-playing. 4. No spamming. 5. Add the word DragonHearts in the password. 6. Keep love PG-13 (breeding is considered all right, since that’s the only way to keep a population stable) 7. You are not all powerful, and you have to die at some point 8. No cussing. 9. Keep the fighting PG-13 (Not too much blood, OK?) 10. No Mary-sue/Gary-stu or anti Mary-sue/Gary-stu (no being perfect, or being a sad excuse for a dragon) 11. The fall was to much for her, and she died. Aria was devastated, to this day, she still blames herself for not watching her better. He hit the ground and his egg shattered, making him hatch a day early. He was very weak and couldn't half see, but Aria raised him like the little sister she had lost. Now he is a warrior that doesn't battle fiscally but uses magic instead. He can create balls of fire and lunch them a foes, he can create spears of fire and shoot them a foes, he can also create an fiery extension to his tail like a sharp whip and hit foes with that, lashing and burning them. Her mother was fighting with another dragon, and she had hide her in the back of the cave, a dark cave. Her mother did not win the battle, and Reina was scared, so she went farther and farther back. The next thing she knew, she was falling down and down, and tumbled into the lake, then the Land or Gold became her home. As he traveled for miles the ground beneath him gave way which caused he to find the dragon haven, the Land of Gold. She has small wings. Has dark redish orange skin, and two little back legs. Has a purple mark on her forehead. Personality: Aggressive, like most hellfires. Is very petty when it comes to other hatchlings, and will often steal their things just because she doesn't have them herself. If she doesn't like something or someone, she will shoot a small purple fireball at them. she's still too weak to cause much damage, but she's getting stronger and much more irritating as time goes by. Bio(how did your dragon get to the land of gold): Egg was stolen by a predator. While being chased by Etsels mother, the egg was dropped into a small hole near a cave, and fell into the land of gold. It smashed on impact, but miraculously Etsel survived, although she is a little small. Type of dragon (DC dragon): Alt Red Nebula & Moonstone Age: Young Adult Gender: Female Appearance (scars, marks, ect.): She is structured as a moonstone dragon, having four limbs and a pair of wings (but lacking the orb), and has the coloring of a nebula dragon. The once dazzlingly beautiful red markings on her scales represent the nebulas in space and the stars shimmering high above. She has one, vast nebula stretching across her right wing and chest, and has smaller ones splotching her forehead, tail and limbs. However, the stars and nebulas are now starting to fade from her lack of stargazing, being trapped in the Land of Gold. But now that the markings are fading, it’s revealing dark blue scales under her once red and black scales, presumably from her moonstone ancestry. She has pale blue eyes and is scarred on her haunch from an unfortunate encounter with a human’s dog when she still lived on the surface. Personality: She’s coy, playful and nice, being lighthearted, energetic and lively. She likes doing kind things and can be a little flirty around other males her age. She has a charming sense of humor and is very talkative and quirky, but has the ability to be focused on her task and she can be as silent as the dead at times. She is also a fair fighter, but completely horrid at hunting. If she gets assigned a hunting task, she won’t even get a singly piece of prey. One of her own problems is her flashbacks, which may appear out of nowhere or can be triggered by a certain sight or smell. These leave her disoriented and she has to discontinue her duties for a day or more. Another quirk of hers is she’s claustrophobic, hating closed in spaces. She misses the open air and the freedom of the stars dearly. Bio (how did your dragon get to the land of gold?): Was running away from home after the humans had killed her father for his scales. Her mother escaped, but flew away. Yynara fell down a cave into a hole that led to the Land of Gold. Was a little unsettled at first, but adjusted to life in the Land of Gold. Position: Warrior Apprentice Stage: Worker Other: She has a crush on Vita Contego. Also, she has a trace of magi blood in her, her father being half magi. She can use a little magic, but only the four main elements, water, air, fire and earth. Password: DragonHearts ~~~ Forum name: DragoTheWise Dragon name: Iskar Type of dragon (DC dragon): SpitFire Age: Mid-late adult Gender: Male Appearance (scars, marks, ect.): Like all spitfire dragons, Iskar has ordinate turquoise markings along his back, tail, and the edges of his wings. The wings are a bit tattered along the edges as well. Finally, he has a small scar near his right eye from a past battle. Small other areas along his underbelly would show that someone had done very torturous things perhaps during imprisonment. Personality: Iskar can be aggressive and territorial over whatever he possess just like normal SpitFires. Due to this nature of his, he prefers to take up a role of hunting or some other form of combat. His wisdom and cunning can come to be a bit stoic at times; however, he tries not to seem so heartless to those who may need his assistance. The stoic nature spills into the rest of his daily living, being one of few words; more thinking rather than reaction of an action. That is not to say he is completely devoid of all emotion. He still has plenty of room to grow and to open himself to those he deems trustworthy. His past is not something he wishes to be open about unless it is dealing with his hatchling-hood. One other small quirk is his interest in studying books. A hunter needs to be knowledgeable of all things, even if they do not seem necessary. Bio (how did your dragon get to the land of gold?): Iskar has been on the run for some time. He had been a prisoner from the consequence of a small war that had erupted upon a few nations. He had been in command of a dragon unit known as the "Daring Dozen". His skill in commanding his unit was of high regard among the generals of the nation he sought to protect. During a long drawn out battle he had been separated from his unit. At the last moment, he was captured and ordered anyone trying to retrieve him, to retreat to defend their lands instead. His unique skills were what kept him alive, but also what killed him inside. His captors were not so kind to the dragon. Torture was daily, if he did not cooperate to their demands. At first, he resisted but as time past, he realized it was better to give the information they needed to achieve victory... and yet divert them to their fall. Even still, they tortured him from time to time to help him remember who was the boss of their prison. His personality may have been stripped in that forsaken cage of nightmares, but his cunning did not. An opportunity was given, and Iskar took it. In a bold attempt, he was able to break free from his cell due to an estranged guard from an overdose of some medicine or perhaps some other drug. Either way, Iskar barely escaped while destroying as much as he possibly could of the facility during his escape. He tried to return back to his comrades, but he was cut off and force to flee in another direction. Being on the run for weeks now from opposing dragons, he had to live off the land and stay in whatever shelter he could find. Coming upon a series of cave tunnels that twisted like a maze, he would find himself suddenly in a place he thought he would never be able to see.... And somewhere that would also put the pieces of Iskar's heart back together once more. Position: Hunter Stage: Worker Other: A true friend will be able to see Iskar's full personality instead of the normal Stoic one that Iskar dons daily. Perhaps if one was to gain enough trust, they would also be able to know of Iskar's long and somewhat dark past. She woke up and found herself placed in the lake. Always near the medi-dragon. A permanent workie. Job descriptions: Leader- The head. Leader's word is law. The leader picks a winged hatchling's job right after it has grown in its wings. Once a winged hatchling has grown into an adult dragon, the leader stages a ceremony. Deputy- Second in command. Persuades the leader to make a better choice when she/he makes a bad one. When the old leader dies, the deputy becomes the leader. Medi dragon- The healer. Heals other dragons’ wounds. A dragon may only become medi-dragon if they have White Dragon blood. Medi-dragon apprentice- A medi-dragon in training. They practice handling small injury's and illness's. Messenger- The chosen one, he or she has the mark of the messanger. The mark of the messenger is diferent for each messenger. The mark of the messenger comes to dragon the first time he or she touches the moonstone. The moon stone is deep in the Hidden Forest. When he/she puts their tail on the moon stone they may comunicate with the gods. Messenger apprentice- The Messenger in training, has not been given their mark of messenger yet. They are also chosen by gods. A Messenger apprentice will become messenger when the old one dies. Warriors- Their fighters, only given to strong/powerful breeds. They will protect the Land Of Gold with their lives. Constantly doing drills. Warrior apprentices- Warriors in training. Will also be part of drills. Each warrior gets one apprentice to train. Hunters-Will be the ones looking for a way out of the Land Of Gold. In this time they will be catching small things like rabbits that have wandered into the Land Of Gold. Food is scarce, their job is very important. Hunter apprentices- Hunters in training. Will be looking in smaller areas of the Land Of Gold to find ways out. Each hunter gets one apprentice to train. Builders- The dragons that are restoring the Land Of Gold. They are making it more livable to dragons. They also build important things. Builder apprentices- Builders in training. They build smaller things. Each Builder gets one apprentice to train. Sitters- Only female dragons can be sitters, usually given to social breeds. They sit on abandoned eggs and take care of abandoned wingless hatchlings. Sitters do not need to be trained; they start their work at winged hatchling stage. Workies- Workies are dragons that do not have a job. Workies are too young to work, too old to work, or injured. Sometimes female dragons are workies, not that they are injured or anything, only for tiding around. Sometimes workies are dragons injured for the rest of their life. Map: PLaza: The middle of the abandoned city, the first leader had chosen this place to hold ceremonies. Dens: Where most dragons call home. Some of the golden ruins are occupied by dragons. Food Den: A den thats only used to store food. Hunters often bring kills here if not supplying a family. At least two workies try to make sure that no dragon takes too much. Library: A Library built by humans, it was destroyed but some books still remain. Most dragons don't really care about this place but it holds valuable information about the lands past for those who understand the human language. Lake: A large lake that stretches for miles, not many fish but is the main water source. Hidden woods: A small forest surrounded by stone. Some dragons rumor that it has magical properties given that it supports a wide variety of different plants and animals. Its very important, supplying most of the lands food. Moon stone: A stone that was found in the hidden woods with a glowing blue crescent moon. Its believed that its a place for the gods to rest. Messenger dragons come here regularly, hoping to receive word from the gods about events in the days to come. Ancient shrine: A place where dragons worship the gods. Some dragons bring gifts and sacrifices here aswell as bringing their dead to this place. There have been rumors that lucky dragons have heard voices aswell as seen the gods with their own eyes at the shrine however these experiences can not be proven to have really happened. Forgotten Wasteland: Not much is known about this place. It's thought to have been a forest before the Land of Gold was discovered.
