Zyumorph hatching stats

Recommended Posts

My first one just hatched (finally). What stats did your new eggs have when they hatched?

Did you incubate them, and did they get sick?

(And while I typed this, another one hatched. smile.gif )

Mine only got sick once, and that's when they were first caught. They haven't been sick since. I also took the risk and had them on two click sites. >_> In addition, as soon as they were caught they were Incubated and warded.

8 caught, 7 hatched, were sick before and after hatching

one I traded just before hatching - hoping the other party caught it in time and it's still alive... rolleyes.gif

Biomes: forest, jungle, desert, coast

Egg times: 3 days 16 hours to 3 days 17 hours

Incubated: yes

Ward: Yes

Sick: not now, I finally fogged them at 3 days 22 hours and went to bed so they could get better. I unfogged them a few minutes ago.

Forest hatchie stats: 3475/738/1

Jungle: 3472/727/4

Desert: 3491/720/4

Coast: 3552/746/5

I have a volcano, an Alpine, an another coast with similar stats that are still eggs.

Edit: The volcano, alpine, and coast all hatched shortly after this post with 3900+/800+ views and were healthy. Then a few minutes later, the alpine and volcano became sick when they reached 4000 views. I fogged them and they're okay now.

Did you use the Ward BSA?

I'm wondering if that means a sick egg protected by Ward can die as soon as it hatches because the BSA doesn't protect hatchlings. That might be a dangerous side effect of this BSA since we might get a false sense of security. unsure.gif

Edit: ... which would mean we should absolutely not let them hatch while sick.

All of my eggs (finally) hatched.

The lowest, was 741 UVs and the highest was 799 UVs.

I don't remember the stats, but these eggs are on GoN levels to hatch.

Alas(?), no. Wish I had so that I would have been able to test exactly that. :s I had contemplated throwing Ward at them before I went to sleep last night, but it would have worn off long before I woke up and decided to try and poke my eggs into hatching.

ETA: TBH, I'm pretty ambivalent about the usefulness of the Ward BSA. Only lasts 6 hours, only works on eggs, can only be used once on a creature, might well wear off on hatching... I'm not actually seeing how it's all that much practical help, honestly.

Alright, I managed to catch another Power egg out of the AP, cast Ward on it and then incubated and ER'ed it. It hatched healthy after some prodding at about 440 UVs, but just now I saw that the hatchie had racked up enough views to become sick - and there was no message about it being protected from death, which makes me think that Ward does not last after hatching. If you have sick eggs and have Warded them, they are unlikely to be protected after hatching!

I don't have exact times and stats as I just got home, but I had warded all my eggs, they all got sick and hatched sick around the 3d20h mark. They are now all fogged and sitting between 4000-4400 views and 700-800 UVs. Fingers crossed... sad.gif
