I joined another team. But I feel like this team is already doomed.

So I use this for grow up my skill. When time to ruin like first team I was belonged, I'll leave and seeking another team suitable for me.

Why are there so few places within reasonable driving distance where I can go on a vacation with my dogs? They're better behaved than 95% of the kids I see around.

(No matter how well behaved your dog is, I'll still be allergic to them. =( And I have friends who are phobic of dogs and phobia doesn't differentiate between well behaved and not. It would be good to offer some specific dog-and-cat-owner hotels and stuff for vacays, though. You're certainly not the only one in that boat.)

You need to talk things out. It would be immature not to do so. It's so easy to hate, to loathe. You need to gather the patience and love needed to straighten things out with him. It's better to have good relationships rather than broken ones.
