i'm excited to get some great lineage variation going with smaller dragon breeds.

But it's kind of strange, in my opinion, they they feed off of butterflies. In my eyes they're plant-eaters, like Whites, and use the scent under the wing-arm as a means to attract mates. And maybe they would even have the ability to create "dragon tea" that could help rejuvenate an exhausted dragon from a long day of hunting.

With AoND down it's hard to say, but I'm thinking female silvers, stones/fogs, blacks, male trihorn, and maaaaaybe spotted greenwings.

I am seriously going to breed a male Black Tea to a Valentine 09' dragon :}

AoND is down again but it was working for a bit earlier. I tried a bunch of combinations and I liked these ones:

 

Male Black Tea/Female Horse

Male Black Tea/Female Hellfire

Male Black Tea/Female Moonstone

Male Black Tea/Female Flamingo (the other way would probably work too, the site went down before I could check)

 

Male Neotropical/Female Black Tea

Male Waterwalker/Female Black Tea

Male Water/Female Black Tea

Male Spotted Greenwing/Female Black Tea

I love the idea of Fog X Black Tea lineages! The style and subdued gray/pink color combo would be stunning! <3

They're hide. They have no scales.

They're flightless.

They're strong as all getout and like to grapple.

They're roughly the size of oxen - they're fairly compact.

There is no gender dimorphism, I just made two sprites because I felt like it.

Their wings are strong enough to knock a person out with a sideways blow.

They snort a lot.

They mostly think humans are funny fleshy little pink things.

They like to live around human settlements and sometimes willingly pull tillers because they know plants bring in more butterflies.

Sometimes they eat bees. They're immune to apitoxin.

They're warm blooded and can and do breathe fire when the mood suits them.

They really like hanging out with cats.

They really like swimming.

They hop and flutter their wings when excited.

They range in color from dull salmon to light pink, depending on diet.

They're prone to albinism in more closed populations.

I'd like to do that, but I have no CB '09s. And I'm way too attached to the ones I have to think about hunting down a second gen from a black tea father next year.

Very cool, the extra info makes me like them even more! They do look like they'd be formidable grapplers.

I was also thinking blacks. And alt sweetlings as well.

 

also maybe tan ridgewings? Though those are a bit of a pita to get a hold of atm for me I think it might look ok.

Thanks, arenee1999, for the pairings! My favorites are the male with the female Silver, the Grey, and the Flamingo. The Shadowwalker looks great!

 

For the females, I like the Tan Ridgewing pairing (and they look great with the alt Sweetling!), the Speckle Throat, and the alt Horse.

How would you feel about your Spriter Alt Shadow Walkers paired with them?

 

 

And I think they'd look amazing with Spriter Alt Rosebuds, Wrapping Wing and Arsani's.
