Vrans looked around "That was what the humans call a boat from what I hear. They use it to travel in the water." he sent to the little fellow as they moved on.

After a while he came to the spot. A little hand made inland with a tree on it. He went up to it and crawled on a little. "This is my retreat.... not many come here. The few that have leave me alone." he sent.

Kadean nodded. He wondered how the humans looked clean inside this messy place. Once he was over at the little hand made island he jumped on it, loving the land under his paws. He never wanted to leave there. He nodded a thank you to Vrans. His belly growled and he didn't want to eat Vrans.

Vrans looked at the hatchling and sighed at its curse. He went and dived under the water and after a few moments came back with a fish, large compared to Kadaen. He placed in front of him "Here, this should help." he sent "I'll eat it later." he sent again.

Kadaen saw the older dragon sighing and then leaved him. He waited on the little island then he saw him coming back with a fish. He wagged his tail when the older dragon placed it infront of him. He bit it and quickly drank the blood, but still leaving some blood so the fish would not be bone dry for the older dragon to eat. After he drank most of the blood, he curled up and fell asleep.

Vrans found it cute how the hatchling ate after looking so happy then was asleep right afterwards. He ate the fish on one gulp as it was small enough for him then crawled into the ground a little bit. Coming to a rest half in and half out of the water. He rested his head and decided to take a nap as well.

Bubble swam to a small rock, noticing that there was something there. She pulled out a coin and dropped it. She swam quickly behind a rock. After a while, she swam away. Her orange scales were easy to spot, but no one noticed her. She hid in a small underwater cave and captured little fish in bubbles. After a while, she had ten fish. Bubbles began eating, wondering why fish were so easy to catch. When she had finished, she swam in circles, wondering what to do. After a while, she swam to the back of the cave where there was air, and fell asleep.

((Skipping ahead 2 hours second post for details.))

Vrans woke up to being poked. He lifted his head and looked around. The hatchling was still snoozing and now one was around.... oh a stick had floated into his tail. He yawned and looked about. He sighed and went back fully into the water as his scales where starting to get a bit dry.

Once the older dragon yawned, Kadaen awoken from his sleep. He also yawned, but it sounded like a squeak. He looked around for the older dragon, but he didn't see him. He just stayed curled up.

Vrans head was above the water so he heard the squeak and raised his head a bit to see the little vamp hatchling up but not uncurled. He went back up on to the land and nuzzled the hatchling gently "How are you feeling?" he sent.

Bubbles woke up. She quickly swam farther into the water, and hid in it. She swam out of her cave, and saw schools of fishes. She became excited and splashed around in the water for a while. She then captured the fishes and put them in a giant bubble she created. Bubbles continued hunting. When she returned to her cave, she had thirty fishes. She put the bubble on a rock, popped the bubble, and started to eat.

Kadaen yawned again, which again sounded like a squeak. Tired, I just got up, he sent to the older dragon and his stumic grawled again. He didn't want to eat though. He viewed that when he eats it's either hurting others or killing them. He didn't want to harm others, even less killing them.

Vrans looked at the little hatchling as its belly growled again. He vanished then came back up with another fish easily the size of Kadaen. Though to Vrans was a snack size of a one gulp. "You seem unable doing what you need to do." he sent looking at the hatchling. "Don't worry about the fish. There food..... swimming food." he explained through telepathy.

It's still life, Kadaen sent to the older dragon. He sighed though. He knew he had to eat and he saw how Vrans eat the last fish. He bit the fish and drank all of the blood out of the fish.

Vrans sighed "It maybe life yes, but we can't survive with out them." he sent to the hatching as Kadaen drank, when he had finished Vrans ate the fish so it would not rot away. He rested his head near by the hatchling "Your the first hatchling I'v seen with out a human or a vamp. How did you get out in broad day light with out dieing?" he sent wondering.

Well I had stayed in the shadows, and that's as far as I know, Kadaen sent. He was a smart little guy, but he knew grown ones would not understand, but he was wondering why the older dragon was being fatherly to him instead of killing him. He shivered a little at that thought.

Vrans looked at the hatchling with the one eye facing him. "Most vamps take the ones they bite with them in the night. I'v never seen them out in the day till I found you." he sent "They take everything, body's, eggs, even sometimes other full grown waters like me. We never see them again, the eggs..... sometimes you see a new young vamp hatchling later on. But I'v never seen them abandon there own." he sent.

The vamp that bit me used his body as a shild from the sun while I was still an egg. He's last words were beware of the sun. So I really wasn't abandoned, just the older killed, Kadaen sent. He really wondered why the older didn't kill him. If his kind does that junk then why not get rid of all of them. He felt helpless to change the fact that he was a vampire, not out of choice. He could see that was the only way for vampires to get young, but that is a cruel life to live. He didn't like it at all.

Vrans sighed a bit looking at him. Thanks to the monsters Kadaen here may turn into one. Cursing the ones too young to do anything about it. Eating there parents and then turning the young into the monsters they are. Maybe the monster part was a learned behaver. He would find out soon enough anyways. "Strange, wonder why that one took you out into the light getting him self killed." he sent a bit confused. "Your most likely wondering, judging by you movements, why I haven't killed you yet are you?" he sent.

Probobly wasn't paying attention to the sun Kadaen thought to the older dragon. He nodded his head at Vrans. He did wonder why the older dragon was keeping him alive.

Vrans lifted his head and looked at Kadaen "Your kind that you've been cursed to join are monsters. Every bit of them. But I think it maybe a learned trait. You, I hope won't become the monsters the rest of your kind show them selfs to be. I'm hoping I can raise you to be a decent dragon despite your curse." he sent. He lowered his head till he was almost touching nose's with the hatchling looking into his eye's and waited for Kadaens response. Seemingly watching every movement. Though his words may have been blunt his eye's said he still saw a hatchling and not a monster.
