Story-

Your new in town to Florida and the government sends you to East Coast High School. You might be a human, or a vampire, or a werewolf. If your werewolf or vampire, you must know that the human kind does not know of your existence. So I'd keep quiet unless you want your kind to be wiped out. Or you can take your chances and spill the big secret. Here at East Coast, there are many things to do. You can be the captain of the cheerleader team, be a part of student counsil, be the lead quarterback, join the bowling team or the swimming team, anything! Plus there is a prom dance!!! Other than that, have fun, find love or trouble, and just be yourself.

Raven sat in the shadows under a big oak tree outside the school.

Zoe walked around the park by the school.

Melissa sat on a bench just outside of the school, reading her book. She loved sitting outside, in the fresh air, with the cool breeze running through her hair. She stretch and closed the book, setting it back in her bookbag. She got up and walked into the school, ready to start the day with her favorite class, science.

Zoe hears the bell ring and walks inside. She looks at her schedule. Her first period class is English. She walks into room 200B and takes a seat.

Raven heads inside too. She heads to her first class- Biology. She goes to room 101A and takes a seat in the very back, away from everyone.

Melissa heard the bell ring and walked into her classroom, sitting towards the back of the room.

Raven saw Melissa walk in. She smelt that she was a werewolf.

Zoe nearly fell asleep as the teacher started talking.

Melissa looked over and saw a girl sitting at the very back of the room. "She's a hybrid." Melissa thought, turning her attention back to the teacher.

Name- Shadow
Gender- Male
Age- 17 (What he looks like. Vampires are usually much older)
What are you?- Pureblood vampire
Personality- Shadow is shy, and kind of goth. He doesn't like the sun, and stays in class studying. He never brings any lunch, and he can't stand garlic. On rare occasions he falls asleep in class. He dislikes crosses, but they don't do anything except make him rather uncomfortable. His lineage is so pure, he can choose whether or not he wants to transmit vampirism when he bites a victim. He lives with his sire and the sire's wife, both vampires that raised him as their child. They taught Shadow to be polite, good mannered, and not to tell anyone his secret. Other than their strict moral code, they allow shadow to go about doing as he pleases, and he is kind and smart enough to use his time wisely. He is quite intelligent, and can ace tests quickly. He's handsome in his goth way, and he's very mysterious, getting a lot of flirty looks from the girls in his school. He's hesitant to love, thinking that if he ever got a girlfriend, she would hate him for his blood sucking status. For the same reason, he doesn't have any friends, and prefers to be alone. He's naturally uncomfortable around werewolves, even if they are friendly.

Other- If he is forced into the sun for too long, say two hours, he starts getting weak, lethargic, and burned.

Shadow burst into his English classroom, breathing heavily. Today was the first day of school, and things were just going wrong. Right now, he was two minutes late because he missed the bus.

"Young man, do you have an explanation of why you're so late?" Mrs. Brown the English teacher asked.

"I'm sorry teacher. I missed the bus to school." he said.

She looked disapprovingly at Shadow, and shook her head. "I'm letting you off, but only because it's the first day of school. If you do that tomorrow young man, I will write you up for detention." she scowled.

"Take a seat." she said, and returned to the role call.

Shadow strolled over to the seat farthest from the nearest window. An unkind boy snickered, but Shadow ignored this, and looked down.

Personality- Sweeney is a direct descendant of Dracula himself, although he chooses to keep this information to himself. In fact, Sweeney is very secretive and prefers to be alone so he can study and learn new things in privacy. People being nearby doesn't annoy him but he tends to get a little activated when 'popular' people attempt to include him in their school politics. In fact, he is quite indifferent to the whole popular thing and hates the stir it causes among vampires, werewolves and humans alike. Other than that, the one thing that really annoys him is people calling him nicknames or making fun of his name. However, for some strange reason, the people who are popular always try to make him popular as well, viewing it as the 'ultimate challenge' or something. Honestly he just wants to be left alone by everyone and learn things on his own, by himself.
Looks- Sweeney
Other- Those directly related to Dracula are normally given a royal social status among other vampire. However, they are like any other vampire with their weaknesses.

Raven ran down the halls. She breathed hard. There are so many smells. She smells humans, vampires, wolfs, hybrids. All of this gets her blood pumping. She slams up against the lockers with her back. She slowly bends her knees until she is sitting on the tile with her back leaned up against a locker. She sighs and tries to clear her mind.

Shadow silently pays attention in class, a frown ever present on his face. The teacher droned on and on and on until he felt sleepy. But he manages to stay awake, and does his work.

He wondered why he had to go to school in the middle of the day when he was a vampire. The sun and him were definitely not friends. He wished the day would be over. Mrs. Brown had an effect like that,
