I have a dragon that would like to join the legion!
Befitting of the Legion

She was almost completely destroyed when she was young by a rival dragon, however another Vampire turned her into a fellow undead in order to save her life. She is covered in deep, jagged scars and is missing her tongue due to her injury as a young dragon. Agent is completely incapable of making any physical noise, such as a roar or a hiss, and relies of telepathy to communicate. Normal dragons do not even hear her mental voice, and only those cursed with the immortal life of a vampire can understand her.

Even though Commodore can't understand other creatures anymore, she still finds Nebulae to be a pest, with her incessant squawking. She snapped her fangs at her.
She seems to go out like Silvieh does, but where she goes, no dragon knows.
"She goes to the Vampire Legion! I'm going to conquer them because I'm from SPAAAACE!" Squawked Nebulae. Though no one but Silver Stars believes her because they all think she's insane.

Nebulae is usually seen with the Nebula dragons. Like being in space, she says. She does seem to have made a friend out of 21 Shining Silver Stars, a Frozen Nebula.
"Maybe Silvieh sat on her," Vibration said.
Whatever the reason, she wonders how she can get back into space.
She's also curiously wary of Commodore of the Legion and her odd muteness.

I hope this is okay, as she doesn't serve her in any way...

Submitted a description for one of my Legion vampires today, I hope it gets accepted soon.
