Backstory-

The year is 3001. As the world has improved and changed, so has science. There is an undercover group of scientists who are using there knowledge and medicine for evil. This group of mad scientists have been come to known as the Dark Legion. They once were normal scientists working on cures for diseases. But they took there testing to the next level and started experimenting on humans. They tested unstable chemicals on human beings in attempt to create a superhuman. Once the public discovered what they were doing, officials were sent to imprison the Dark Legion. However, they recieved word that the police were after them. They quickly packed up and took their experiments and fled into the mountains of Colorado, where they rebuilt there lab. You were once human, until you were captured by the Dark Legion. Some of you have been here for only months, others have been here for years. Taken from your family's, you have now become slaves of the Dark Legion. Everyday the Dark Legion gives you multiple injections, in hopes that you will transform or mutate. The younger, naive mutants have been brainwashed and claim loyalty to the Dark Legion. However, most of you are fed up with being in cramped cages, being underfed, and not to mention being pricked with needles every couple of hours. While the world might not accept what you have become or what you are to become, many of you wish to be free. But the Dark Legion uses the younger brainwashed Mutants to spy on those plotting escape. What will happen next? Are you with or against the Dark Legion?

History: I was taken from my home and have been here for many painful years. I'm plotting an escape.

Powers/Special Abilities: After being so many test and things injected into him from the lab jerks he died. That is until he came back to life as a zombie.

 

Has no other abilities that he knows of but is extremely good with a gun. He is also able to detach and reattach any body part. Yes he does feel pain but it is very limited such as he can't feel punches or kicks but is able to feel bullets slightly.

For/Against Dark Legion: Neutral the dark legion gave him his powers and has done nothing wrong to him. Yet he saw the human experiments and left cause he believes it is wrong. Do to that humanity has rejected him. And does know were his loyalty lies.

 

Powers/Special Abilities: Has the ability to control fire, and consume it to regain his power. he cannot eat his own flames to gain power he must eat other flames. His specialty is using a scythe that he carries with him. the legion made this for him so he can out his own flames into the scythe. If anyone tries to use this scythe other than him, the outcome could be death. He can fly, has tattoos of dragon wings on his back that when wants to fly they turn into a 7 foot wing span dragon wings.

 

History: Was abandon at a young, always fought for his own survival. One day he was picked up by the legion. They examined him, saw him as a perfect test subject. Kein did not mind cause they gave him shelter and food. Then he saw what they were doing to other kids and adults. His anger began to consume him, he grabbed his scythe of his back and went on a rampage. Even thou he saw all that he did not hate the legion for they had saved him. Then he tried to fit back into humanity... every time he tried he was always outcasted and pushed aside.

He remembers seeing what they were doing to a little kids in the lab who near his age or younger. He just does not know what to do fight for humanity or destroy it.

April was wandering about her cell. She didn't appreciate being locked up but since she was on the Dark Legions side, she was allowed to get a breathe of fresh air now and then. She enjoyed her new ability to bend elements. She could finally stick up for herself when bigger kids picked on her.

 

Sierra was locked up in her tiny cage. She fidgetted to break free. She couldn't take one more second in this god forsaken place. She decided she was not going to rot in here. She tried opening her wings but they were quickly pushed against the cage. If she could just get the guards attention and get him to come close enough, she could kill him with one touch and grab the keys to break free. The question remained...How was she to pull it off?

 

Alex had shifted into his wolf form. He paced in his cell as he was starving. He thought to himself, 'what did I do to deserve this..'

Kitty snarled, fidgeting in her small cage. She had been trapped for a while - she wasn't sure how long. She only knew that they fed her some sort of meat once a day. She had to get out. The tiger inside of her roared its approval. Then inspiration hit. The door was opened for a few short moments to deliver her food. If Kitty could overpower the guards, then she could try and free a few of the others and escape. She transformed into a white tiger with wings and laid by the door to wait.

"What do I do, how can i stand here. The Dark legion still bring in more people every day. Yet humanity still sees me as an outcast an exile. What do I do?" says Kein in an inner conflict. Leon grabbing his head fell to his knees crying.

"What most I do?" said Kein in his confusion.

She's very quiet unless provoked, and she was known for her poison tongue. She loves reading and hates when people disturb or interrupt her without a good reason.

Kein realized right then and there what he has to do.

"No one should have to suffer, be chained and bound as animals." with anger in his words.

Kein summoned his wings, and got up from his knees.

"I may not go against the legion, but I can save those from pain and agony." says Kein clinching his scythe. With great speed he flew to the old experiment set that he had destroyed when he was young. He found the old site in the mountains. He focused and took a deep breath. He was listening for sounds, screams of torture and pain.His eyes opened wide as he heard something from behind him. A secret doorway opened and two guards walked out. Kein put on his hood, and cut them in half. He heard the cries coming from deep within.

"Just hold on all who are in there... I coming for you." Kein says with determination.

He turned around and walked into the doorway, it slowly closed behind him. He walked forward and cut down the door. The alarms were now active.

"Anything they throw my way, will be burned to ash before me!!!" yelled Kein as he consumed himself in flame.

Alarms were sounding. Kitty's sensitive ears picked up their wails. That meant someone had broken out. Or in. She roared loudly, hoping to get their attention. The chance was slim, yes, but there was always a possibility. So she had to hope. Because all this time, hope for escape had kept her going.

He paced his cell he hadn't eaten for days. It's not like he needed to he was after all dead he leaned on the wall thinking to himself on how it should be cold but he could no longer feel could he. "Man this suck being dead!"he moaned " but it does have its perks."he grinned sitting down on the hard bed hearing faint alarm sounds from some were in the building " well that can either be good or bad such as escape."he got up and walked to the door looking through it smiling.

Alex remained in his wolf form as he heard ruckus. If he had a chance of escaping, his best bet would to remain wolf form for speed. He saw the guards leave his cell unattended to go after a guy who broke in. Thats all he needed. He quickly charged at the door and busted it down. He quickly looked around looking for anyone nearby he could help set free.

 

Sierra caght the guard when he was distracted by an intrusion. She grabbed his ankle and quickly transferred poison into his body. Paralyzed, he fell right beside her cage. She swiftly grabbed his keys and found the one to unlock her cage. As she heard the 'click' of her lock opening she bursted out of her cage. Her wings were free at last. Now to find out one thing...did they work?

 

April heard the intruder and quickly spotted the intruder. She narrowed her eyes. She couldn't believe he was letting all these test subjects go.

He looked to the side as he saw a wolf bust down the door to its cell " man that's cool now if you don't mind can you bust me out to?"he asked politely backing away from the door " that is if you can even understand me?"

Tea balanced herself, hearing the alarms going off. As the guards scrambled around, she grinned. She wasn't for or against the legion, but she wanted to go home. She bent the bars of her cage apart and slipped out. She ran to the wall and saw the others making their escape, before silently following them.

Cassidy sighed in her cramped cage. Time to make her rounds again. The other prisoners would be starving. They always were. Sitting up, she gave herself metalbending powers and bent the bars of her cage just enough to allow her to slip out. She was extremely thankful that she'd received the ability to create powers. She removed her newfound ability and walked on. No point in keeping it, really. She already had quite a few useful ones she was retaining.

 

Turning herself invisible took but a thought, and soon she was hightailing it to the nearest pantry. She went on raids once a week, always making sure to take a little bit from each pile of food. An apple here, a few cans of tuna there. Nothing to be suspicious about.

 

As she locked the door of the pantry behind her, she heard alarms blaring. Oh dear. Someone must be attempting a breakout again. Quickly storing the food in a sunspace pocket for later, she dashed down the hall, giving herself a boost with superspeed. She couldn't teleport to places she'd never been to, after all.

 

She sighed as she found the source of the alarms. Someone had blasted a hole in the wall. "And who, may I ask, are you?" Cassidy crossed her arms and looked at the intruder like a king might look at mere peasant. She wasn't on the scientists' side, but she sure as hell wasn't working with the prisoners either. She was her own ally.

Kein saw the little girl out of the corner of his eye he ignored her. He saw Cassidy standing in front of him.

"Sorry, but i have no time for small talk." kein with worry wanting to get all the prisoners out.

With great speed ran down the hallway toward a voice calling for help. He blasted open a door to see a white tiger, he cut open the cell.

" Run and do not look back. Hope to see you when we get out of here." Kein says in a friendly voice. He did the same thing to all the cells, killing guards left and right. He came to see a woman out of her cell with beautiful wings. He saw as the ceiling was about to fall on her, due to the stress of all the damage he had done. He ran towards her putting her in his arms and falling to the ground with her on top of him.

"You ok?" Kein asked in worry.

Kitty roared her thanks, bounding towards the door and killing any guards that got in her way. She bounded out into the open, launching herself into the air. She flew clumsily at first, but still got the hang of it. She flew a few miles before finally landing near a secluded cave. She crept inside, heaving a silent sigh of relief when she saw that it was empty. The cave was quite large, and she lept to a ledge about six feet on the ground. She morphed back into human form and curled up into a ball. Kitty let her eyes droop closed.

Alex busted open the door to a stranger calling for help. He had never smelled this scent before. He wondered what he was. He shifted human and spoke "i understand, now we gotta move, this place is going down!"

 

April wandered as she felt the place shaking. She quickly earthbended a tunnel out of the side of the building and proceeded to escape.

 

Sierra watched as her life was almost taken away but she was saved by a brave man. Gasping for air she responded, "t-thank you.. I'm okay, are you?" She quickly realized the building wasn't going to stand much longer.

Cat watched the frenzy evolve around her, not bothering to bat an eye. As she watched the person who made all of this trouble help someone else, she took her chance. "Get me out please!" She called out. She didn't want to use her powers, there was no one to take them from. The scientists had placed her cage isolated form the others.

 

She saw the man turn into a wolf and wrinkled her nose. She hated all canines. But this may be the only chance for her.

Tea kept running silently, sticking to the walls. She came across a pantry, and although the lab was collapsing, she managed to grab two apples, a loaf of bread, two cans of some food, five sealed uncooked chunks of presumably beef and some dried meat of some sort with her powers. Only then when she stuffed her pockets with the food, she sprinted forward, before teleporting a few feet ahead. She continued to do this combo of running and teleporting.

"Yeah I am fine. Glad to see you are ok." Kein says picking himself and her up. Kein could still hear voices that needed help. He got up and picked up the woman in bridal carry.

"Hold on tight." said Kein as he dashed quicky. He found a zombie, wolf and cat person in the same room. Kein had right and left legs consumed in flames. With tremendous force he kicked open both locks. Kein realized there was not much time left before the facility collapsed.

"Wolf and the cat run as fast as you possibly can, what ever you do... do not look back just run. You zombie grab on to me and do not let go." Kein said this with great determination. Kein summoned his wings ready to leave this forsaken place.
