Earbuds or headphones?

So, earbuds or headphones?

 

I, personally, prefer earbuds.

Generally most earbuds don't stay in my ears, but I like the ones that do more than headphones because headphones shove the legs of my glasses into the sides of my head behind my ears and it gets really painful after awhile.

Uhhh...I used to really like earbuds, until all of mine kept dying out in less than a month

I've grown really attached to headphones since they usually last longer for me.

 

EDIT: Got me some nice new coconut white earbuds today. They work really well, I hope they last longer than at least two months.

I prefer these as earbuds by themselves usually fall out within the first 15 seconds and headphones usually broadcast the noise when they aren't supposed to.

Headphones. Completely surrounding the ear, none of that clip on crap.

Earbuds are incredibly painful and don't stay in. They also break very quickly.

Don't recommend "Skull Candy" to me, those suck. I told some friends about my poor luck with earbuds and was told to buy them. Purchased a few and they broke within a week.

The less than 30$ (I'm guesstimating) headphones I'm using now have worked for over 3 years.

I absolutely love my earbuds, they've lasted 9 months now, and I don't think they gotten any worse. for nearly 40 dollar Sonys, they better.

Apple earbuds are perfect for me. Never tried headphones though...

I prefer headphones; they don't hurt like earbuds do. Earbuds let me hear the song better and don't take up much space, but headphones just feel more comfortable to me.

Headphones for the computer, earbuds for my tiny MP3 player. Partially because carrying around big headphones for a tiny player would feel kinda weird, although, in my experience, headphones usually have more pleasant sound.

If I had to pick, I prefer earbuds. I don't like the kind that go in your ear, though, like Ookami11 posted. They feel very uncomfortable to me. Plus, earbuds are easier to carry around.

However, no matter how hard I try, no matter how nicely I place my earbuds into my pocked or backpack, they will ALWAYS come out a tangled mess. .___.

Earbuds. They are a lot smaller and easier to travel with then headphones. Besides the fact no body really uses headphones anymore. Earbuds are also more comfterable.

Earbuds but without the squishy stuff or foam on them. That always irritates my ears.

 

I like the sound quality of headphones better but they get so tangled up and obnoxious and the band breaks.

Headphones are quite nice, I just have to have that squishy stuff on them. Last time I had a pair of headphones that didn't have any cushioning on them, they ripped up all inside my ears, so they were scabby and sore :/

Headphones. You don't have to stick them in your ear, you get better quality sound (depending on the brand of headphone) and there's no annoying sound leakage from headphones. I get so incredibly annoyed when I'm in a public place and I can hear someone's trashy music clearly through their earbuds because they have their volume up so darn loud.

I like earbuds. Better at blocking sound than headphones are in my experience (those go in, I can hear nothing but my music. Not the case with headphones I've tried in the past, and I don't have the money for really nice expensive ones), and no conflict with my glasses.

Before earbuds use to use headphones all the time, but now I like the feel of the earbuds more better.

I don't have a preference, but I've been using earbuds simply because that's what comes with every mp3 player or whatnot. Not that it makes much difference now that the socket in my computer is broken.

I prefer headphones, as my ears are different, so its painful in the ear for earbuds, but I also prefer listening to music without earbuds or headphones if I don't have people around....
