I haven't played many LoZ games, but my favorite ones have to be Majora's Mask and Phantom Hourglass (I like Phantom Hourglass cuz of Linebeck tongue.gif). I just got Twilight Princess and I'm already stuck on the beginning part where you have to do the jobs for people.

Im stuck on Ghirahim near the end, he's kinda hard.

Nice job with the revival. I had no idea that this thread existed.

Amazon has them for preorder/sale for ~$20 (probably will be backordered though) and I think you can get them from Barnes and Noble and a few other online retailers as well.

There's also a super limited collector's edition- faux leather cover with gold/gilded/whatever page edges - but I'm pretty sure it's completely sold out everywhere.

I preordered mine months ago, I was disappointed when the release date was pushed back. I have the historia in Japanese, though, in the meantime.

I haven't gotten to play Legend of Zelda in a while, but I have really fond memories of it. Link to the Past was one of the first video games I ever played. <3

Mine's shipping right now :'D

(Wooo for 6 free months of prime student, got free 2 day shipping, so it'll be here tomorrowww~)

Link to the Past was a great game! I've only played the gameboy advance port but it was still really good.

Though seems like the SNES was big on (excellent) time travel games... (Chrono Trigger~)

So they're working on a Wii U Zelda title (in addition to a beautiful looking remake of Windwaker) and this new title they say they're going to cut some of the linearity of it as in, you go to one dungeon, complete it, go to next dungeon, they want like "go to any dungeon you want whenever you want".

Sounds interesting but I hope they don't deviate too far from the Zelda formula.

I have the multiplayer Toon Link game, the Gameboy Toon Link game, the Adventure of Link, and the Legend of Zelda all on my 3DS. I've played Wind Waker a bit, Majora's Mask, Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and Phatom Hourglass, I think. My mom loves Zelda. When I was a kid, I've seen her play and finish Majora's Mask. When we're in the car, waiting a long time for something, she'll ask me to hand her my 3DS so she'll play Zelda on it.

Yes I am super excited Oracle and Seasons are coming to the eshop!

My gameboy color copies died a while back so I've been wanting to play them again and now I can.

Also, New Link to the Past style game! Looks really cool. Want it now!

I just heard the announcement for the Link to the Past sequel this holiday season. I was so excited! I will definitely be pre-ordering it as it gets closer and a firm launch date is set.

I wouldn't call the new LoZ a sequel. It's an entirely new storyline with new dungeons. The only similarity it has with A Link to the Past is that they take place in the same world.

I'm feeling a bit torn about the new LoZ game. Link's ability to turn into a drawing on the wall just isn't sitting with me right. :/ I won't completely give up it though; it could easily turn into a great game for me.

I am pretty excited for the Oracle games coming into the eShop. :3 I own the hard copies, but having virtual copies on my 3DS would be pretty cool.

I'm ridiculously excited for the Oracles games on the 3DS. Ages was my first ever Zelda game and I can't wait for the waves of nostalgia. (My GBA gave out ages ago...)

After watching the trailer for it, LttP2 reminds me of various Mario games. Paper Mario and most of the 3D games. I'm still going to get my hands on that game, but that's my observation.

If there is a boss battle that uses link's ability to turn into a drawing like an anoying tatoo, then that will be the funniest thing ever

I have Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, but got stuck In Ocarina of Time. Because it's night and I can't get into Hyrule and the zombies keep showing up. ANNOYING! I can't kill the plant on Twilight Princess.

Yes I am most excited about Oracles because like I said, GBC copies are dead and I wanted to play them not all that long ago and it was like NOOOOOO. So I'm happy I can just have the eshop copies, and that they can still be linked (because honestly that was the most important part of the games, not being able to link them would be not as fun).

I don't mind the silly paper like aspect of the new game, I think it adds something new to a classic (which man that top down style is classic), but I could see it as being annoying and out of place in the Zelda-Verse. Honestly as long as there are no locomo songs I'm good xd.png

This. So very much this.

Some of those songs took me far too long to pass. >_>;

Although, LttP2 reminds me of Paper Mario, in a sort of way.

Let me say that it would be fun if they made a Paper Zelda game xd.pngD

I know Epona's Song, Zelda's Lullaby, Song Of Time, Serenade Of Water, Saria's Song, Bolero Of Fire and Prelude of light off by heart on piano, and am learning to play The Song Of Healing. HAH! *levels up in geekiness*

I've played and completed Ocarina Of Time 3D, and am now attempting Link's Awakening. Well, I say now, but really I'm a little too obsessed with Fire Emblem to play it at the moment... I also have very fond memories of watching my dad complete Twilight Princess, Wind Waker and Skyward Sword. Every single time he played Zelda, I would be there, helping him with the puzzles and boss strategies. Basically, I've been a Zelda fan since I was about six years old - and I often forget that I've only actually played three of the games (I'm also halfway through Phantom Hourglass).

Orcarina of Time is my favorite. The scenery is awesome, the music is beautiful, the endless enemies keep it fun, the cute list side quests, and the simple fact that I get a horse won me
